We also had an erosion problem that was getting worse as time went by . We called Lozano's Concrete and Repair, and they came out immediately and assessed the whole problem, even crawling down into the crawl space to take pictures of the area that was leaking . They graded the whole area away from the house and installed a French drain to properly redirect the water away from the house . They installed a footer along our carport to stop the erosion problem there . They even installed an extra step on an access area ( at no charge) , because I am 72 years of age and they were worried that the Step Up was too high for me . Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They did a beautiful job and the cost was fair . We called and Rigo came out within hours and provided us an extremely fair estimate. We could not schedule the actual date until windows were manufactured and installed. Once the windows were in, we had to schedule an inspection and Rigo and his crew were out within a day or two. He was extremely flexible with the schedule. I contacted Glenn at Ga Roofmasters & he sent out John White who had been in the roofing business over 25 yrs. He pointed out that the roof was not properly done - the screws were screwed directly into the roof osb panels- no 1 x 4s on the osb. My house had metal corner panels to prevent wind updraft - the garage did not. The garage roof was very steep & there were high winds at times being we lived on a ridge. John redid the roof. From watching John I knew he had a good work ethic & knew what he was doing. I liked him & he did a very professional job. He had all the tools he needed. I was happy with the job he did & definitely would recommend Ga Roofmasters to anyone.

After a week of waiting I called him and he stated he had been very busy and he would get back with me in two days. After waiting another week I called his office and one of his employee's send he would return my phone call when he returned, he did not. Today I called him (Three weeks later) and he stated he had to gather up his notes and he would call me in 30 min, but here it is four hours later and I still have not heard from Mr. Brindle. I would not recommend this man do to his apparent lack of truthfulness.
