On the day of the transport, they confirmed they picked up the puppy and were waiting for my flight to arrive. They headed to the cell phone lot to walk him and try to feed him. During this last visit one of my cats became ill but I was not notified until almost 24 hrs later. By this time cat required emergency care at local urgent care clinic. My main complaint is the delay in being notified. Vet prescribed Elizabethan collar but forgot to give it to sitters. When asked if they made arrangements to get collar was told no. Sitter said he was not licking and when I asked if she was with him 24/7 she said no and I explained that's the purpose of the collar. I realize she couldn't be with him 24/7 but wanted to make a point with her. This was approx 12 hrs after visit to vet. When asked if cat was using litter box was told she hadn't checked. This was critical since she was told verbally and it was written on doctor notes that cat's urine output needed to be monitored closely otherwise a blockage could occur. Unfortunately I had to return home early since I was not comfortable with the care my sick cat was getting and it was very frustrating dealing with the sitters. Also when I asked for a refund, owner said she would think about it because of all the "aggravation" she endured. I realize I was very emotional and upset about my cat being ill. Also, she tried to charge me for visits to the emergency clinic along with another travel fee but when I pointed out her website clearly states no additional charges for emergency vet visits, she rescinded those charges. This business is a member of PetSit and I assumed all members are certified but was informed by PetSit not all members are certified. Hopefully this review will help others when choosing a pet sitter, it is not intended to deface this particular business. I should have checked further before hiring this sitter. Lesson learned, unfortunately the hard way.

Our dog is now 3 years old and has calmed down and we really feel that there is a good chance she will be fine at the daycare, since it has been over a year that she has not attended, I called to ask if she can try again, Chris said NO.
