We are so grateful that we can rely on them for our 2 previous cats. We have specific feeding instructions for them and I appreciate that everyone follows as requested. Importantly, they also try to engage with the cats (who are usually pretty scared) and treat them with love and care (and leave them treats). They also take pictures so we know they are being cared for. We know our cats don't like it when we're gone but we're glad we can rely on The Pet Nanny. I strongly recommend them their pet services.

I was a little dubious given the state of her house and yard, both of which were in a high state of neglect. But I was desperate for that weekend, so I dropped them off on Friday. The weekend turned rainy, so I let Sarah know on Saturday evening that I was returning early and the dogs would not be staying over on Sunday nite. I arrived home on Sunday at 11am and called to pick them up. Sarah informed me that she would be home at 3pm and I could get them then. Later, she asked for 3:15. When I arrived at 3:30 ish, she was just getting home. Obviously, she was not home most of the day Sunday to care for the dogs, which is what she was being paid for. She later sent me a bill for the whole 3 overnights amount, $300. When I called her to dispute this, she claimed that I hadn't given 24 hour notice, which I had. But she also became very argumentative. I told her she could have $300 with a review or $250 without one. She did not respond to this and a couple of weeks later, after not hearing from her, I tried to pay her through her website. The website was not working, so I sent her cash through PayPal. I added a note that I was paying this way because her website wasn't working. I still did not hear back from her so I eventually called PayPal to be sure she had received the money, which she had. A couple of weeks later, I received my AMEX bill and saw that she had already billed AMEX for the full amount. And she took the PayPay money as well. Responsible? NO. Flexible? NO Honest? NO I would never recommend this business nor this caretaker. I would worry about her house falling apart and no one being home with the dogs. And I had to block her from calling or texting me. Buyer beware.

I was able to locate that same toy at this shop. The price was very reasonable! The order arrived sooner than expected. A staff member reached out to me to tell me of a delay in the shipping, but the item ended up arriving when expected. My cat is very happy with his replacement toy. I will be ordering from this shop again in the future. A nice touch to the item, was that it let me know who packaged the item, which to me, showed that it was packaged with care.

Walk This Way has been wonderful to us, and our little Larry…read more Our dog has epilepsy, and with sporadic seizures we have had to make the occasional last minute request (less than 24hr) notice for check ins for our little guy. Walk this Way (Sandy) has been so accommodating in these situations. My husband and I are also provided with such piece of mind knowing that a walker familiar with Larry will come to see him. In general, the company is well run and the walkers and staff seem to truly care about the pets . We are not looking forward to moving away from them in the spring! :-(

My dog is hesitant to trust people and she LOVES our walker (I think that's a pretty great review in and of itself!!). They are so accommodating and responsive (an non-judgmental of messy homes!) . The moment that made me trust this company forever: one day, our dog walker (Faith) came in and found my dog had thrown up in her crate. She immediately picked up and cuddled my still-puke-covered dog because she was crying, and cuddled and comforted her. Faith then cleaned up the soiled toys and tried to clean the bed, and when she realized the bed would need a deeper clean, she found a replacement and made sure my dog was ok before she went back in the crate. Faith texted me everything and kept me updated, and she even volunteered to come out and check on my dog in a couple of hours if I could not get back from work. That sort of care is not something you can put a price on, and I am so grateful. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would!

Sarah was great in asking and answering questions to make sure my dog would be a good fit before the day of. On the day of, I got many picture and text updates to ensure me how Wilma was doing. I felt so reassured throughout the whole day. Upon pick-up, they gave me a report card for Wilma and had a great conversation with Sarah.
