(They have a policy if you cancel, they will give you credit in the future, but I'm not planning on being back.) I called on the morning I wanted to go and they had boats available and could accommodate. I arrived and the staff were all polite and helpful. Cooper K took care of coordinating my rental and was fair, professional, and went over the "rules" with me in a polite yet thorough manner. The other team members did as he directed to get the boat ready and ensure easy launch. The boat was in great condition, well maintained, and was very comfortable for guest and handled well for me (captain). A couple of recommendations for VIP - 1) use 150' lines on anchors vs 100'; and 2) rent the "lilly pad" floats. Buying for $375+ isn't practical if the customer is from out of town. I recommend the business and I am not affiliated with it. The staff did not know I write reviews.

When things weren't going as planned, he jumped in without hesitation and turned what could have been a ruined day into an absolutely incredible one. His positivity, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Cooper didn't just do his job -- he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, comfortable, and back on the water. VIP Marina is lucky to have someone like Cooper on their team. He's the reason our day on Lake Travis was one for the books. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be asking for Cooper every single time. Thank you so much !!!!

Beyond just doing great work, Brian and his team have a lot of pride in their work, and have shown great integrity during the process. This job required a removal of seats in the rear and taking off the risers. Quite a job. Well I was near completion and snap, I broke the mounting bracket for the actuator. The "bracket" is one piece and includes the full transom plate. Yep, this repair will require an engine removal. Well beyond my abilities for sure. When I started this project on Tuesday before the July 4th weekend, I was hoping to get the boat out for the weekend, that seemed bleak at this point. Anyway after 5-6 calls to familiar repair facilities with most asking me to call them back after the 4th to discuss scheduling sometime in August, if they could get the part, which seemed unlikely. I the called Brian and told him my situation. Brian said he thought he had the part in-stock and had a window that he could get this job done. Brian called me back within 30 minutes of initial phone call and informed he had the parts and if I brought the boat in on Wednesday, I would have the boat by the weekend. They even beat that and called me at 10:00 Thursday morning to tell me the boat was ready to pick-up after a thorough check and test. McNeill Marine offered excellent customer service, quick response and delivered on-time at a reasonable cost. I will be coming back and telling all my friends about McNeill Marine.
