I came to West Front Primary Care six months ago after my other PMC provider retired. Scheduled the same physical I received 15 times before from 3 different providers. I have Medicare and Tricare for Life. Received a bill for $230. Challenged it. Was told to contact Tricare for Life. Called them. They said it was improperly coded and that I had to call Medicare. Called them. They said I had to contact WFPC billing to fix the coding. After several calls and emails WFPC billing got back to me. They said they'd coded it correctly. My wife who has the same coverage from a different provider had her service covered. Billing department at WFPC was no help whatsoever. Between them, Medicare and Tricare for Life I found myself in a circular firing squad. I'm paying the bill because I don't want to hurt my credit rating. I don't have an issue with the doctor. I have an issue with the billing department. I'm writing this to every veteran out there. If you are a veteran, find someone else for your medical treatment other than West Front Primary Care.

It was completely screwed up, and looked like it would exploded. We had multiple emergency appointments and ultimately surgery. On top of this, when we had our appointment for the botched circ, we told them we didnt want to be in the room and the nurse helper woman still tried to make me help with pre procedure things. She also trapped my husband in there for the procedure. The whole thing was a horrible experience and they didnt even do it right. Don't take your kids there unless you want a big disaster to be their first experience with doctors.
