The entire process felt rushed, and rote. The assistant seemed bored and only half present, which makes me wonder how thorough and accurate she was. I also felt a bit rushed when I asked about a laser procedure that would help improve my vision after having had cataract surgery on my right eye last year. I left not really understanding much of anything, and questioning what I need or don't need. I should've asked more questions, but, again, I felt rushed. I do give 5 stars to whoever took the photos of my eyes prior to the exam. She was bright, kind, and more than happy to explain things. When there are such large numbers of patients being seen on a daily basis, maybe it's inevitable that we begin to feel like moving parts on a conveyor belt of an assembly line. It might be time to look for a smaller practice.

At this time no issues with dr. And his office staff. Copper ridge calls me 3 business days before, and tells me I will need to bring 6000.00 the day of surgery. (we all have 6000.00 lying around.) i Spoke to Medicare and they told me to go some place else. Never have I paid up front with Medicare. Longer story.....they made me paid the 6000.00 the day before surgey. Never again.

He did the surgery and I'm pleased because I can wear shoes and walk now. Also, during Covid times, I was vaccinated, but was told that I was lying and would not be allowed into the clinic. I was vaccinated and it is in the county records. Also, they do pelvic exams, but didn't seem to know how the tools work. I was pinched and shoved in the vaginal area. There was no other person in the room when these exams took place. It was painful to walk afterwards.

It is apparent that Munson has expanded too far too fast and does not have enough equipment for the local needs.Wait time for an MRI even if semi urgent is at least 7-10 days.

She was overdue for a tetanus shot so she thought it best to go to an urgent care to get one. She doesn't do great with shots so I offered to run up there with her and off we went. It was just before close on a Sunday but they were very accommodating. There was a fairly long intake one must conduct over the phone (they recommend calling before coming in but we didn't know that) before they can take you back. They called her within minutes of finishing that and she met with a really awesome doc who checked her over and recommended a quick xray to make sure there wasn't a break since there was some soreness in the joint. A few minutes later she took a quick look at the x-ray and was fairly confident there wasn't a break. A very thoughtful nurse then administered the shot and took great care to make her comfortable (since she has a history of fainting), laying her down on the bed, giving her a cold compress, etc. No fainting and we were in and out in a little over a half hour! You hope you never need an urgent care on vacation but I'm glad we know this is a reliable spot should the need arise again.

I was crippled in a brace. He did 9 procedures in all. It was a very long difficult recovery but I have a beautiful brand new foot now! Also the billing staff sucks royally!!! given the fact I am a biller so I know my stuff, they wanted me to pay for the whole visit eventhough they participate with my insurance. I gave them $100 and told them I will not see the doc if they charge me for the full visit. The receptionist promised me I would not be charged.. After several phonecall or left messages I am finally getting my overpayment back, so i was promised I dont have it yet. Could not recommend this place for anything.....
