Never Never Ever Again !!!!!!! Made arrangements to have by Scout serviced as agreed upon, trailer-ed bike 255 miles. Dropped off on Monday and scheduled pick up on Friday. Went to pick up bike and they never even touched my bike... Oh! I guess the Tech got behind but we'll call you when it's ready! That's all the sympathy I received, I informed them that I had to return home after staying in town x 5 days and drove back 255 miles without being further ahead. My wife and I came in on a Sunday to look at side by sides. We met Buzz who was very informative and not pushy at all. We ended up purchasing a rzr 900 4 seater. The experience was pretty hard to beat. I have read a recent post about a person not being hounded when he came in to buy two sleds. I have to say everyone is different, my wife and I appreciate being able to look around and see what's inside a store and not being hounded. things sure have change since 2007! I have taken my bike in for service twice and both times they have kept it for several months only this time they have damaged my bike! I believe they were not going to tell me as I had to ask the service mgr why my bike was not finished and thats when I was told, he appologized for not saying something sooner not even the owner was sorry he thought that it was no big deal, well damage on someone other than your own bike is a big deal! now it will be a couple of more weeks and it better be fixed like brand new!! read more

I don't own a bike, but I needed a helmet for auto racing. Went in to check them out and they were very helpful. They helped me find the ones that had the rating I needed, along with torment and everything. I like to keep my money local, but let's face it sometimes that's just dumb with prices you can find online. After finding the helmet I wanted, I went online to check prices. The absolute cheapest I could find online was only a five dollar difference to this shop. So spot on with excellent prices, as with shipping I probably would have actually paid more than here. I also wanted an optional shield that they didn't have in shop. After asking about it, the guy at the counter got on the phone and said he could have it by 9am the next day, also for an excellent price. I said go ahead and they had it the next morning for the quoted price. They were all very nice and helpful, and overall I was very surprised with this shop overall. Worst dealership ever girls in office talk bad about you and don't realize family is standing right there listening to it owner Bill wanted to fight me in the parking lot at one point over some installation issues his store agreed to doing sold me and machine bolts were finger tight in my roll cage 5 point harnesses installed incorrectly no gas in my front right shock the list goes on and on and on customer service at this location is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 25 years in this area will not recommend anybody to go to the store I spent $30,000 in this store and got treated like s*** read more

Just had my newly purchased 2016 Razor XP4 1000 with 212 miles in for service and fuel pump. Everyone I encountered was wonderful, from sales to parts and especially service. Brian in service contacted Polaris and got the fuel pump covered under warranty. Bill , the owner & I agreed on a price for new Kymco scooter so I told him to order it. I t arrived in a timely manner & I took the agreed amout of cash to pay for it. When I arrived Bill was not there & in doing the paper work the young man informed me the price was $106.00 more than agreed on! I paid it because I really wanted the scooter but I was not happy. Later when I was back to look at their helmets they were not nearly as friendly! I won't be back, I have another dealer closer! But I LOVE my Kymco Super 8 150 scooter!! I bought a 2012 8 Ball and didn;t like the ugly slotted canister on the bike, I was told they would remove it on my first service well that has came and gone it's still on the bike. I am happy with the bike it's everything the reviews said it was and then some and would buy another bike from them, but would have the canister removed before signing the dotted line. read more

I took a 2005 rmk in to have a fuel pump changed out it was running great going in to the shop excluding fuel pump failure get it back they tell me dosnt run and needs all injectors replaced top and bottom 1500$ they said so i take my sled back me and my buddy run electrical failuer test on it line by line about a hour in we find a missing ground som new gas and ten pulls later its running i am very dissapointed in there lack of service and care i own 4 polaris sled and will never let them touch my sleds again scam artists go to pauls polaris in south lake tahoe only way to go with a polaris in the area read more

The service department. An absolute joke when it comes to communication. This is especially for Steve the service manager. Our 2017 ranger 900 has been there for 2 months. He does not call when he says he will. Only after contacting Kim K. and explained to her the situation did we get a call back in a quick second. Steve explained to me that he was still waiting on parts and he would call me on Thursday and Friday with updates and that our ranger could be done by Saturday. Well.... To no surprise, not one phone call. So, as usual, I had initiate communication. I called Saturday the 23rd, and no Steve. He is off for Christmas. The guy I spoke to said he would call me back. Well as of now, it has been 2 hrs, and guess what, no call back. I don't have the slightest idea as to why. We have been nothing but patient, understanding, and undemanding to this point. I managed a Les Schwab tire center for 6 years, and I understand the complexities of running a shop, and am sympathetic to those issues that can arrise. But, there is still a job to do. I have a co worker who wants to buy 2 new ranger utility side by sides. I sure as hell will never recommend this place to anybody. When you are in charge of a shop, the problems you run into with scheduling, employees, and work load are your problems, not your customers. It becomes a problem for you as a customer when the shop tells you honestly that it will be a bare minimum of 2 months, parts are hard to get, I am not good at calling people back, or by the way, we will get to it when we get to it and you agree to still leave it there. I sure hope the right people see this as this needs to be dealt with so it does not continue to happen to other people who are looking to get their Plaris serviced or repaired that they spent hard earned money on. read more

So I wasnt really happy about my visit here I went in ready to leave with a brand new victory high ball and when I heard how much I would have been paying it made me think. so I called around to other dealers in California and it turns out this dealer was charging me 1,500 more than what I should have been paying and sliding in extra things to charge me more and this was after knocking off costs that they said they would help me with being a veteran and all. One day into a 2500 mile motorcycle trip, my 2009 Victory Vision battery died near Reno, NV. I called Reno Cycles and Gear on a Friday and they told me they would start charging a new battery for installation when I arrived, despite being a week and half backlogged. Once they got into it they also found a failed voltage regulator that they did not have in stock with a normal 3-5 day delivery. Amazingly, they went out of their way to find a new unit through other sources and had me back on the road within 2.5 hours--Incredible--along with a deduction for the warranty item. Stacy, the Service Manager, was outstanding and my thanks to her and her crew for saving an awesome trip to Yellowstone and the Beartooth Pass. read more

Service is inadequate. The charged over $300 for 20h service and when I go pick up my ATV I ask if tire pressures were checked (I had specifically asked for that when I dropped off). Tire pressure was low. Why wouldn't such a basic item to be done? Then they tell me that one of the tires has a slow bleed. If you knew that why wouldn't you call and ask for authorization to fix? This is entirely inadequate. You expect better from a polaris dealership. read more

I purchased a used 4 wheeler the sales man Buzz told me the unit was serviced, I brought it home and checked the oil and found it was dirty. I followed up with a call and told them the oil wasn't even changed so what was done ??? I asked for a service report, and Buzz told me there isn't one. Buzz told me to bring it down and so I did, when I showed up and unloaded it Buzz introduced me to the service manager, I explained to him that Buzz told me that the 4 wheeler was serviced, with 105.0 hours on the hobbs, I figured the unit had a 20/100 hour inspection WRONG. The service manager told me that would be impossible because that was expensive and that they could not sell 4 wheelers that cheap with a full service. After going round and around I finally loaded it up and took it to Big Valley Honda and they took it on arrival and finished it in one day for the price of 265.00 valves and all including a service report. Point being Buzz and his crew could have had a satisfied customer and sold a polaris ranger side by side next on my list. I would next time plan going to carson or elsewhere with the support I received, I did not even a phone call to compensate a partial or were sorry. read more

Service is terrible. Had my snowmobile repaired a couple of years ago after it hit a tree hard. Several months after repair work, went to use snowmobile, and one of the skis came loose. They had not installed a nut, so I had to fix it. Though not critical, a grill in the hood and a Polaris sticker were left off. Not careful in their work. Just went to replace a damaged shock absorber, most likely from the above accident, that they failed to note and fix, given I have not used the machine much in the last two minimal snow years and definitely not in a way to bend the shock absorber shaft. When quoting the work, was told it would be difficult and time consuming to remove the spring, when a individual came a long and removed the spring in less than a minute. Then was told it would require a special tool to put the spring on a new shock absorber. I said BS and took the spring and parts and put them on the shock absorber in less than a minute. The guy quoting the work had no idea what he was talking about or wanted to screw me. Either way not someone you can trust. read more
