Tom does business in a great, old-school fashion where he takes time to explain what is needed, takes pride in his work and goes above-and-beyond what the job requires. After a few days of heavy rain and wind, I had a couple of gutters which needed repair. Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter. Afterwards, he proceeded to clean the gutters. This type of pride and customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays as most service or repairmen want to make a quick, big buck and move on to their next job without putting in any extra effort and with as little communication as possible, whether the customer is satisfied with the job or not.
