To start off with one of the men working there decided to absolutely rude to our daughter after she was in an accident, telling her she should have signed her car over or paid for it to get out when she came to get her belonging this morning, which was just a few hours after her accident, absolutely zero compassion. In 2015 my car was towed from an apartment complex. They stated I did not have a parking pass, but I did have it on my dash board. The guy who was towing was signed U.B. It wasn't even on the truck yet and he continuously moved the car onto the trunk so that I would have to pay a drop fee+ labor fee. He was rude and condescending. He easily could have stopped moving the car and instead continued to move the car forward. I had to pay the drop charge ($95), which could have been avoided I would not trust these people if you have the choice to pick a towing company. I unfortunately did not choose and has a terrible experience because of U.B.
