My SUV's engine just turned off while driving along E. Bidwell near Iron Point Rd around 8 tonight. Because there was fuel leaking, Folsom PD called Fast Response (rather than wait indefinitely for AAA) to help as they truly had to respond very quickly compared to AAA and other tow companies I have used in the past. I had it towed to my place of preference, and I chose their yard as it was not safe in my house with the leak. Seth, the driver, and Jacob, the office staff, were very professional and patient with me in giving me all the information I needed for a more intelligent decision as to where to bring the SUV, how to pay, and how to deal with my insurance. The front desk guy is the most rude, mean person i have ever meet. Got in a car accident on the 7th of October, when to pick up my car on the 9 and after he told me i was gonna get charged for 2 days he decided that day that i was getting charged for 3 even tho is no even 48 hours after the accident, well i explained that to him and he just say are you paying or not? Im no gonna discuss anything with you, either pay now or get another day, i called earlier to make sure i had the right address and he just hung up on me, if you have the chance to choose the tow company avoid this one! This guy is the type of person that enjoys seeing you in distress and on top of that makes fun of you by reminding you he has the control over how much he is gonna charge you! I met with Ruben several times in the process of retrieving my car. Mainly I was waiting for a paycheck so I could pay for it but Ruben was such an incredibly nice man and he runs that towing shopping incredibly well. And he really went out of his way to make sure that I was able to retrieve my property the two times that I went there for that reason. I don't have much experience with tow shops, this was the first time I've had to retrieve a vehicle out of the towing yard and the first time I've ever been able to. When I was finally able to get my car out it had two flat tires and I was only expecting it to have one. On top of that the wheels were completely busted so it wasn't a matter of just fixing a flat it was about replacing the entire wheel assembly on the front right and rear right side of my car. I only had one spare in my trunk. Ruben took time out of his day and he got me a donut to put on so that way I could at least drive it out of there. He let me inflate it and he didn't have to do any of that he had other things to do. And even though I had a lot of tools the two things that I did not have for a tire iron and a jack and he let me use the shops. imagine you pull up to a pump at Costco to get gas and then your car won't start. You have 20 people behind you glaring at you well that happened to us and we called by luck fast response towing. They were there within 15 minutes, was able to get our car started and followed us to the nearest dealership. The was so good and we were so happy with them. read more

Incredibly unprofessional company. Rude, rude, rude and crooked. While trying to resolve issues with car after being hit by a dui driver, I was constantly being given different stories over the phone on how to obtain personal belongings. I'm sure this is to hold the car as long as possible to drive up billing for storage. The office smells like an overflowing ashtray and cigarettes. Chair for customers has rips and foam seat exposed. Owners son completely lacking any customer service skills with a threatening demeanor, attempts to be condescending but lacks the intelligence to pull it off. if you are a woman, do not go to this business alone!!! read more

I can't say enough about this company! From the fast response time to our accident scene to making sure we were able to be safely off of the scene-I'm impressed! They are so polite, extremely safe and quick and went above and beyond with making sure we were okay and safe! They dealt directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about a thing! I had a single vehicle crash in my almost brand new Chrysler Pacifica. I was alone and shook up. Folsom PD was less than kind or helpful. As I was sitting on the sidewalk shook up and angry that this happened (due to the negligence of the City of Folsom) then the tow company showed up. They assessed the situation, asked me if I was okay. What tow driver does that??? I asked PD if they needed my key and was told no. The next day I went to go get the stuff out of my car (which may be totalled) and spoke the owner and his son. SUPER nice, explained everything to me, showed me things on my car I didn't know had happened. Totally put me at ease. The driver, who was the owner of the tow company, showed me pictures of the scene and explained to me how it happened as it happened so fast I couldn't figure it out. Let me tell you, I felt like family at this place. I've visited other tow companies when friends have been in accidents and not once did anyone ever offer to help clean out a car, nor converse with us. This place was clean, well organized, and super helpful in explaining what to expect next. While I hope to never have to use a tow company again I will HIGHLY recommend them to my friends in the area and will DEFINITELY be writing a letter of recommendation to State Farm about them as well. My wife was involved in a traffic accident in Folsom. The car was not drivable and FPD had Fast Response Towing come to the scene. The two operator was courteous and asked me if I was fully insured. Interesting. I had no idea of where to keep the car since I needed my insurance co. to look at it. The next day I went to fast response tow yard to retrieve my property out of the car. The person at the tow yard was rude and authoritarian like a dictator of the junk yard. I signed a release form so my insurance company could tow the car to a repair shop. I was told by my insurance agent that Fast Response Tow wouldn't release the car and lied saying the release form wasn't signed by me. Now I realized why the tow operator asked me if I was fully insured. They crookedly hold the car as long as possible to rack up the cost of storage! read more

Scam artists. I got in a motorcycle accident yesterday. CHP wouldn't let my wife wait for my AAA towing company to come tow the bike away and insisted on making these guys tow my bike. I went to the hospital and now I have a broken leg so I can't go to the tow yard. They won't release the bike to anyone but me but I can't get down there. They don't care. I wonder how many bikes and cars they steal from people who are too injured to get down to the tow yard? When I called CHP their brilliant idea was to go to dmv and transfer the title to my friend's name so he could pickup the bike. I think the reason they wouldn't let my tow company get the bike is they get kickbacks from these scammers. Avoid them like the plague. Thieves, every one. read more

My son had a terrible car crash on a dark, rainey night. He was really traumatized, and shook up. The tow truck driver that responded, happened to be the owner of the company.... and was really great. Over the top helpful. Why can't all businesses have this kind of heart, empathy, and helpfulness to paying customers. The next day, we went to their tow yard to release the car to the insurance. The owner was again there, with his crew. They again were over the top helpful, and like family friends to help my son get all of his belongings jammed up in the trunk. It's amazing what an experience can be like, when the people you are working with are just simply nice! What a concept ey? No, they are not cheap, but neither is the quality of their service. My wife's car was towed by Fast Response after being involved in an accident and called in by Folsom PD. The insurance company needed the car released to them so they could complete their investigation. We needed two small personal items from the car so I drove out to their yard. I was told I needed to provide a hard copy of the registration to verify I was a registered owner. The car is totaled, and I had no idea where the registration was. I provided all the details of the car and the accident, including the license plate and the exact 2 items I need and where they were located in the car. Not good enough. I pulled up our insurance secure site, which contains the declaration page and the VIN and description of the damaged car, and my name and address as the registered owner. And, of course, my CDL matches the name and address. Not good enough. They then tell me Folsom PD required that they have a hard copy of the registration, period. A quick call to Folsom PD tells another story. When the company is called out by Folsom PD to an accident, Folsom PD is no longer involved with the car itself, or its contents. The matter subsequent to the tow is between the towing company and the private party. If Folsom PD had anything more to do with it, I'm told, they themselves would be charging me storage fees. When I asked to speak to the owner, the second person I'm speaking to says "I'm the manager". I said I would like to speak to the owner, are you the owner? "I'm the manager". I repeated my request and he proceeds to tell me, for a third time, "I'm the manager", and he will not give me the name of the owner, and he doesn't have to, and he won't do it. I would rather push my car than have these guys tow it. If you want hassles and unprofessional behavior, by all means, use Fast Response Towing. By the way, the items we wanted from the car aren't worth dealing with this company any further. read more

When I got my car impounded I was in a real bad way and definitely would have ended up losing it. Tow truck company definitely would have turned a profit on it. When I went to get my car back I spoke with the owner Mike let him know my situation and he worked with me. I understand guy runs a business. Our big truck broke down just before vacation. Called dealer and explained the rush. They recommended this tow company to get the truck to them ASAP. I called, the driver showed up right when he said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable. He loaded and secured the truck perfectly and towed it from El Dorado County to Folsom. This place is awful. They towed my car and when I went in to get it back they told me that it was not mine and that I had to find the previous owners to get it out. The man who always answers the phone screamed and cussed at me to come get my vehicle but then told me that I could not even with the proper paperwork from DMV. Also they have it up for lein sale Monday but when we called in to say what time I was refused the info and told there is no lein sale scheduled. They completely ignore your legal rights and do whatever they want. Horrible people. read more
