Master Anderson runs a great Taekwondo school. He is great with the Tiger aged kids (3-6) and makes it a ton of fun for them. He is very community focused and really cares about his students. I would recommend him to anyone interested in learning martial arts. read more

Master Anderson is amazing! My husband and I have been going to taekwondo classes for over a year now, and have learned so much. During the shut down during Coronavirus, he has utilized Zoom to hold classes daily, as well as weekly private lessons. Master Anderson is dedicated to his students and genuinely cares about their progress. I highly recommend for anyone. read more

Anderson ATA is top-notch when it comes to martial arts instruction. All ages, all abilities, all body types benefit from learning and practicing martial arts. You won't find a better school and "family" than at Anderson ATA. read more

I have to agree with Mandy M. I love how other instructors from different academies put my dads dojang down when we don't talk smack about them. It's funny because the academies that always boast, their students don't go to the big competitions. They don't even go to the Iowa Games or the Nationals like us. Thank you for pointing that out Mandy. They are in no position to talk because they don't have students that competed at the US Open and they lack the tenants of Tae Kwon Do -courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control, and indomitable spirit! Does your instructor have a legit TKD teaching license from the Kukiwon center in Soul Korea? The birth place of Tae Kwon Do. I don't think so. Does your instructor have military experience? Does your instructor speak Korean fluently? Say something one more time! You can talk but I would love to see you spar my father! read more

My grandchildren and I joined Anderson's ATA about a year ago and we love it. Master Anderson and all of the instructors there are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and they make it so much fun. I find myself looking forward to each and every class. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn self defense and a plus is that you are getting fit while having fun. Master Anderson really knows how to relate to the kids (and adults) and motivate his class. He teaches skills not only in the martial arts but life skills as well.
