Great antiques shop! Despite the fairly small space, there's a good selection of items of all kinds, from home decor and art to handbags and jewelry. If you like vintage earrings, they have piles and piles of them to look through (clip ons too). My only small gripe is that because it is a small store packed with a lot of stuff, it can be hard to maneuver around when it's crowded. I had to do a lot of "excuse me" and wait for people to move from blocking an area I wanted to see. read more

Great feel, good products, and amazing customer service. Went in the store looking for a hallway bench and found several chests to our liking. They were selling at a 20% discount. There were many good pieces we liked and ended up getting a brown chest in great condition for $260. The owner of the space was very accommodating in helping us make our decision. They also do custom tables there which ranges from $1000 and up. Would definitely be back! read more

Great place for custom affordableish furniture. They have beautiful pieces and I would definitely recommend for long term pieces. They have great sections of furniture as well as decor. Love how much knowledge they have and the unique pieces they have. read more

I can't say enough about this place! They are making me a custom table out of reclaimed wood and automotive steel that is Great Dane friendly and collapsible! They are a pleasure to work with and made my transition to a new place a new neighborhood so much easier. read more

Black woman here. Swung by here this evening, a little before 6, and was planning a quick run through the basement antiques. Well, I tried the door several times, and it wouldn't open. So I knocked, and the owner and a customer just looked at me. I knocked again, and I held up my wrist and said "It's not 6 yet" through the glass. They both proceeded to ignore me by not looking up. I knocked again, a third time, and gave them the one-fingered salute I save for the I-Don't-Let-Black-People-in-My -Store-That-I-Perceive-As-Threatening Hall of Fame (Even though I was dressed to the nines). A truly delightful treasure trove of beautiful vintage items, furniture, art, & memorabilia. One could spend an hour here just meandering through both of the packed levels. A woman named Barb was working during my visit today & she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her energy was warm & generous & honestly made my day. Can't wait to go back soon. read more

We stroll in each time we are in Andersonville. My fiancé works for United and we love collecting antique or vintage airline items. We were able to find a couple of old maps here and love them. Of the handful of times that we have came in over the last 6 months, things haven't changed much. They have everything from candles to vintage silverware, frames, etc. If you're in the area, be sure to check them out. read more

I walked in last summer with a friend to browse, and walked out with a gorgeous mid-century dining room table at a great price! Ken couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. I'll definitely shop there the next time I'm looking for furniture, since they only purchase good quality pieces. I'd rather buy vintage anyway rather than something new, since the pieces are unique. read more

My husband loves coming here to cruise the vintage typewriters and bar ware. I love coming here because in the basement they have a small but GOOD selection of used vinyl. Now my secret on the vinyl is out. read more

Very cute store - especially this time of year with all the holiday decorations. The basement has stalls for a variety of sellers and there was a fun range of things to explore - art, clothing, dishes, etc. The prices were probably pretty on par with most Chicago antique shops - if you're visiting from a smaller city, you might find things are priced a little steeper than you'd expect. Great selection and the friendliest service around! I get lost in their interesting collection every few weeks. Mark & Ken have an eye for some seriously unique and tasteful stuff. I love their maps and custom made farmers tables, both of which I'm hoping to purchase at some point. I've been to my fair share of antique stores, sometimes looking for something specific, sometimes just browsing. I went into this place looking for a globe, really not intending to buy anything. However, this shop was one of the best I have ever been in. The woman who was working - Barb - was knowledgeable about the items in the store and not pushy. I ended up seeing one of the most beautiful dining room tables I have ever seen. The table was re-purposed wood from a 1922 schoolhouse in southern Illinois and it was GORGEOUS. Well crafted, in good condition, and perfect for my little home. When I came back the next day, the other owners, Mark and Ken (I think!) were equally as helpful as Barb. This might be my favorite piece of furniture that I own and i am happy I was able to give this new shop some business. I highly recommend checking it out - it's right near the Starbucks and Lady Gregory in Andersonville, easy to find parking, and the different items in there are worth a look. Whether you are looking for something particular or looking to find something interesting, I'm confident you will find it here and meet the fantastic owners in the process. Happy shopping! read more
