My family found out about this place from a flyer delivered to our house. It's kind of off the beaten path, but I encourage people to check it out! I have thoroughly enjoyed every single sub I have tried from Andolinis. My dad ALWAYS gets the hamburger sub and so enjoys it (and he's a hamburger snob, so that is saying a lot). The staff is extremely nice- I have only been about 4-5 times in the past months and they will inquire about my family members (like my little sister who had gone back to college from winter break, etc) and remember the details of my order to the 9s. After probably the 2nd time I went there, they began always giving me hot sauce on the side without my asking, because they remembered I had asked for it on previous visits. New favorite spot for pizza in town. I'm not normally one to care much about the particular cheese, but the Grande cheese they use is not overly greasy and has a nice, balanced flavor. The sauce is pretty mild for my tastes, but is still homemade and good. Along with plentiful toppings and bready crust, I was very satisfied. The owner's daughter was very friendly and helpful, too. I found this place while looking for somewhere new to order from in Ashburn. I was bored with the same old places that were just "phoning in" making our meals on nights we weren't up to cooking. Andolini's is an amazing find! The food is great, the Tex-Mex egg rolls are not to be missed, and don't cheat yourself out of the desserts (After trying a couple of them the cheesecake bites are my personal favorite). I took the family to Andolini's last night after stumbling across it on Yelp. Glad we did. A little off the beaten path. Very simple, causal place, very reasonable prices, and large proportions. Many thanks to Jose, a hard worker who provided great service and recommendations. The dinner salad was simple, but clearly fresh and lots of it. The meatlovers stromboli was delicious and so was the side of sauce, which is unusual. My teenage son said the meatball sub with fries was "amazing." Pizza is OK. My boyfriend on the other hand loves the buffalo chicken pizza from here so that's the reason for 3 stars. I've yet to find a good pizzeria in this area.. Im from New Jersey and am used to big NY style cheesy pizza and this just doesn't make the cut. Quick and efficient delivery though so that's definitely a plus. read more

Not from the area and staying at nearby hotel. Menu looked very complete. Went with chicken parmigiana dinner. About $12. Carry out. Got back to room and food was still out of oven hot. Double packed. Literally had to wait 5 minutes to cool a bit. Portion size was LARGE. Unless you are a lineman it could feed a couple easily. Large amount of chicken and nice thick spaghetti. Not wimpy stuff. Sauce was good and flavorful. Garlic bread included. Was not disappointed in the least. Would gladly try other menu items when back in the area. This is probably one of the best restaurant in the Ashburn area. The staff here are very polite and professional. I also really took a liking to the manager Jose who clearly shows that he is passionate about what he is doing. The restaurant is also very clean and tidy. There is plenty of space to dine in. The chicken and ground beef here are halal which is a huge plus for a Muslim like me. The food here was also amazing. I ordered the grilled chicken and steak and cheese subs and they were both very delicious. You can clearly tell that the chefs at this place really know what they are doing and take pride in making food. The food was also prepared quickly but it was cooked perfectly. This is a huge plus if your in a rush. The restaurant take absolutely no short cuts when it comes to satisifing there customer. Decent pizza, probably some of the best you can get in the Ashburn area, unfortunately that is not a high bar to pass. Sauce was good, strong tomato flavor which is fine with me, much better than the flavorless/watery sauces you usually find. Fresh garlic topping was nice, garlic was clearly fresh. Meat topping were ok, maybe a slight step above dominos quality, was a little disappointed but could have been worse. Cheese was ok, pretty standard. Crust was a bit too thick to really be considered NY style, its much more similar to a domino's style crust than a NY style crust (typically thinner/foldable) I usually classify this crust style as "american style" as its what you find at all the big chains. Nothing wrong with this crust style if that is what you prefer, but I was put off a bit because they advertised it as NY style and thats not really NY style pizza. Overall its better than the chains, and I suspect I might order delivery from them in the future if I am feeling lazy. NOTE: They have some coupons that deliver decent value. Even automatically applied them to my order without me asking, I appreciated that. read more

This place has awesome pizza. The crust is perfect, the have a really good topping selection (fresh garlic YAY!), and the price is good. Oh! not to mention, the large pizzas are HUGE- we ordered 3 for 6 people to snack on for a couple of meals- needless to say we EACH got more than a couple of meals out of it. I also had the spaghetti and meat sauce, It was good with just a touch of spice in the sauce. The service is great- the guys that work there are super friendly and even called me b/c I was a few minutes late to pick up my pizzas, they wanted to make sure that they were nice and fresh for me. oh and when I was ordering- I did my own combo of chicken, spinach and fresh garlic and the guy said "YUM! Soooo Friday is normally pizza day and we were in the mood to try something new. Andolini's beat out it's competition with the previous reviews and pictures , plus there was a yelp discount. My hubby placed the order and we planned to pick it up and come back home. When we got there the cashier was very sweet and we paid but the pizza wasn't ready, but we weren't in a rush. The inside isn't that big but if the place isn't crowded it's nice enough for a group of four to sit down and feel at home and have a meal. The cashier asked if we were dining in or carrying it back out and did we need plates --I assumed she meant plastic plates. So I asked for plates and said we were carrying it back out. I don't know what got lost in translation but next thing I know she was bringing us heavy dinner plates. We were in a good mood and it was Friday so we decided to dine in. We got some drinks and our pizza came out within moments and so did our cheese sticks. Pizza was really good. Not your normally greasy pizza but we could tell the ingredients were fresh. The cheese sticks were the best I have had in a while. While we dined in the cashier offered to change the tv channel and talked to us and was very friendly. I only give them a four because they aren't the best pizza We have had, not as greasy as we normally like it, and the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks tasted like spaghetti sauce. Also, you can't use credit or debt on purchases under $5 and they charge for a side of ranch-$.50(don't judge me I eat ranch with my pizza). Overall-- Made us feel like we were in a local mom and pop pizza shop. Had good food and good people working there. We enjoyed and will go back since they are not to far from us. read more

First I'll say this is actually my 2nd time ordering from them... When they first opened we tried their pizza and I was shocked at how awful it was in so many ways( taste, look and texture) ok and now to this I'd only give a 1/2 star because cheese sticks and chicken fingers were edible... They probably don't make that from scratch so how could they mess that up? Anyway I ordered lasagna which was spicy and way to salty. It was a good portion size though. Then we ordered two eggplant parm dinners. I barely could find the eggplant. I had to skim over the spaghetti to find it. It isn't a eggplant dinner with spaghetti but it is a spaghetti dinner with eggplant. We spent appx $50. and I sit here looking at $35. wasted. When I called and ask for a manager the girl who answered said she was. She was fairly nice and said everything is measured and she will check with the cook manager and that she could offer me 20% off my next order. Well what about this order? I wasn't happy and she knew it , ended with a bye and hung up. They gladly could've had the food back and credited me even some. Anyway I'm originally from NY and you can't find good Italian food out here. Well let me rephrase that... You can find amazing Italian food at Giovanni's in Leesburg but if you want delivery then you may have to settle. You may see some positive reviews but they don't have much competition here in Ashburn. I will NEVER order from here again I'll stick with Dominos it's cheaper and quality is way better. Andolini's is definitely one of the best pizza places in Ashburn. We've tried their pizza, hummus, wings, mozzarella sticks and club sandwich (not all at once...okay fine maybe just that one time) - all of which have tasted great. We always get our pizza well done, which browns the cheese and leaves the crust nice and crispy. Their customer service is great and they are always very accommodating to our sometimes picky requests. Food usually arrives in the time they tell us, and is always hot and fresh. read more

I was searching for a phenomenal steak and cheese place in the Ashburn area. I came across Andolini's on yelp and was pleased with the amount of good reviews. Impressed, I decided to give it a try. They offer delivery, but it was 9:30 and I didn't want to make someone drive out so close to their closing time, (which was 10pm). I had arrived at 9:40. Despite how close I had been cutting it to 10, and despite the fact that I didn't even call in the order, (because I didn't know what I wanted), a kind gentlemen, Jose, was still more than happy to take my order. He made a few recommendations and was very friendly. I ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches both with fries, a gyro pita sandwich with fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, an extra side of fries, and a couple drinks all for $47. It was all very reasonably priced, and worth every penny. They put lots of meat in all 3 sandwiches. They were flavorful, the steak was not dry at all, and a foot long steak and cheese with a side of fries was only $8.49. The chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were crispy and delicious, even after we had traveled a total of 10 minutes before we got to eat them. The fries are out of this world, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! The chocolate chip brownie was amazing though it's hard to believe I could actually eat it even though I could only finish one half of my sandwich, (and I eat A LOT). Jose labeled all the boxes for me and bagged everything up into two neat bags. I work in a restaurant, so I work everyday to provide the best customer service I can. I am a huge fan of customer service, and I am a huge fan of steak and cheese. Those two factors alone, of course along with everything else, now makes this one of my new favorite spots. When I go out to my moms to visit this will definitely be one of my go to's! The location is a little different than what I had expected. There weren't too many other stores around, but it was overall a nice area. As for the inside of the restaurant, it was clean, neat, and casual. Ordered for delivery, was told 45 mins and arrived in 30. Nice for a Friday evening. I'll cut to the chase...another reviewer here recommended the Cheesesteak Stromboli and HOLY COW, no kidding, this is the best I've ever had. Full disclosure, I grew up near Philly so I know my steaks. The meat was definitely marinated some amazing au jus and the cheese blend was delicious. I got it with mushrooms added and next time would get peppers too to kick it up a notch. The outside was amazing as well, BAKED to perfection- both crusty and chewy. Overall amazingly balanced. I also ordered the cheesy bread and a garden salad. The cheesy bread was delicious but the marinara sauce that comes with it is just a tiny cup. Same with the ranch dressing I ordered with the salad. Upgrade to the larger side if you want sauce. The big cup of marinara was included with the Stromboli and is a good portion. The salad was very "meh"...not enough veggies for the amount of lettuce and the croutons added absolutely nothing. They were kind enough to poke holes in the bread container to let out some steam and keep it from getting soggy but then plopped the salad container in the same bag with it so that was awkward. Keep the hots and colds separated guys. I'd really like to try their pizza sometime, and I'd overall recommend this place. I'm stuffed and there's plenty leftover for lunch tomorrow :) read more
