So, after walking out of Hideaway because it was too crowded and I couldn't get waited on, I went to Andolini's to grab a pizza to go. It was totally empty. I do not understand because the bar area is so much better at Andolini's. I'm really afraid this place might be on the verge of closing. Still a darn good tasting pizza but seriously need to work on the price. 31 bucks for this guy is a bit how you say crazy. But the topping ratio and sauce ratio was great and crust was cooked with just the right amount of crispyness that was too good to worry about cost. Always get the garlic knots as you get a free crust dipping sauce when done! I found myself in Owasso for work and Andolini's was recommended as a great place for pizza. Andolini's was awesome! When I entered the restaurant, the waft of freshly made bread and the dark interior convinced me that this was a legit pizza place. The restaurant owners love "The Godfather" and it pleasantly permeated the restaurant from its atmosphere to the menu. My team ordered spaghetti, calzones and a small chicken barbecue pizza for entrees with garlic knots and fried mozzarella as appetizers. The appetizers were amazing. The entrees were all delicious and impossibly large. There were four of us and the food could have fed eight hungry men. The value was great and it was refreshing going to a restaurant that doesn't skimp. So many restaurants post-Covid have cut back so the quality and quantity was appreciated. Thanks Andolini's! Greeted by our waitress and when seat she seemed to notice we were from out of town. She brought us Garlic Knots that we got for behing out of towner's was so awsome. we had received a coupon for a dine only which gave you a free pizza. I called the Owasso location and they worked with me because I just had back surgery and it's a very hard to get around. So we were able to get the free pizza and then we spent a bunch of money on gelato. My wife and I went to the Owasso store on Christmas eve about 3:30pm which has been a yearly tradition for us. There was only one waitress for two large tables and us. We waited for at least 10 minutes for service, at least a glass of water. Finally, a lady abruptly came to our table and' very loudly' told us our waitress was mixing drinks so she would take our order, no smile, no nothing. I asked her not to yell at us, and she took offense and left, and we did too. We were stunned. We've never been treated so unfriendly in any restaurant. I realize people can have bad days but there was no excuse for what happened. We went to a nearby Mexican restaurant and salvaged our tradition or should I say started a new one. I had a very disappointing experience at Andolini's Pizzeria - Owasso tonight The restaurant wasn't even busy, yet our food took over an hour to come out. During that time, the service was practically nonexistent--no one checked on our table, refilled drinks, or offered any kind of update. We asked to speak with the manager, but after waiting fifteen minutes, no one ever showed up. At that point, we just paid the bill and left. I've always had great experiences at Andolini's, but this location clearly has serious issues with both service and management. Definitely not worth the time or frustration. read more

What is there not to love about Andolini's! Pizza is always hot and fresh. The crust is so good that you'll actually eat your pizza bones. Everytime I've been here I always have the best service! The staff is always so nice. No matter if you're dining in or doing take out expect a smile and great service from the staff. The ambiance is relaxing and yet fun. Families also sound like they are having a great time. While I sit at the bar because they actually have an absinthe setup and every once in a while I'll enjoy some absinthe. They have a good selection of beer on draft for my husband too. I fully recommend coming here for a date night or for a family night! read more

I just wanna start off by saying yes, we should've called and made a reservation (not sure if they accept reservations) but it was my nieces birthday and her party was canceled last minute due to unfortunate events so it was a very last minute decision to go to Andolini's. From the moment we walked through the door the service was terrible. There weren't any tables available for our group so we asked that we be seated at separate tables and they said no. They were waiting for one specific table to finish eating so they could put two tables together for us. A couple who just started eating and were nowhere near being done. (Saw the waitress give them the check and leave boxes at the table as to rush them, also unprofessional) so we waited while the staff rolled their eyes at us at every chance they got. In order to avoid having the kids run around and bother the staff we sat our two babies at the bar and let them watch cartoons on the phone. After about 30 minutes another table gets up leaving two empty tables, enough to seat all of us and at this point the waitress comes up to us and tells us the baby isn't allowed to sit at the bar, point blank, no alternative. I ask if our table is ready and they point at the couple who are still eating despite there being an empty table big enough for all of us. At this point we felt we were obviously unwelcome so we left. Not sure if everyone was having a bad day or if this is how the service is every day but we left extremely disappointed that our favorite pizza place let us down. I do not like low quality pizza! Good thing this is not low quality. It might not be my favorite pizza place in the world but it's a good standard of what pizza should taste like.
