We always use this location for pick up but it's not great for war in. Very small salad buffet and not many choices on pizza buffet.

Good pizza and service. Enjoy it every time we visit Tulsa. Good menu selection and good salad bar also

This is Mazzios all the way If you're familiar with the chain but it's got a small town feel which is fine but it's not as kept up as others you'll find in a metro area. I had the lunch buffet which was good and has a decent variety. The salad bar was small and in an awkward location but was clean and the salad all looked fresh. Overall I only give it a three because it needs updating and the staff weren't the friendliest I've encountered. No one was at all mean or rude.... just maybe had a case of the mondays. If you're just passing thru on I44 this is a good spot to get out and over eat on some home grown OK pizza. read more

I enjoy the salad bar, clean environment and the helpful staff. This is my 3x visiting while traveling and I purposely drove past two others to come here. We don't have a Mazzio's so it's nice to come in and enjoy the food. I will come back and enjoy this again just as soon as I come through again! read more

I've been here before and I'm back again! On a trip back to NW Arkansas and I'm 2hrs from home. Decided to stop in because I am a sucker for their ham, bacon, and cheddar calzone. I'm still confused why this place has such low reviews. The employees were friendly. The place was clean and in good shape. The building was not in disrepair. They had TVs up playing sports. The tables were lined up and organized. All of the tables were clean and contained napkins and side spices/cheese. The establishment was clean. The salad bar was nice and the ingredients were cold and fresh. Drinks tasted great (some places can't get that carbonation to syrup ratio down). Silverware was clean. I like this place. It's definitely a great representation of the Mazzio's brand out here in Anywhereville, Midwestern USA. A+++! read more

I got in late to my hotel and decided to order delivery from this location. The online ordering system was pretty quick and easy to use, and they actually delivered within 25 min (whoa!). The fried ravioli was actually really good, the chef salad was fresh enough, and the thin crust pepperoni was my favorite. The crust was actually pretty good - I think my expectations were pretty low for this place. Either way, I would order again if I were feeling lazy in my hotel room. read more

With the COVID pandemic going on, and our company being an essential business we've been ordering our employees lunch each day from local businesses to minimize our employees having to leave the building as well as support local companies. Mazzio's was having a special so we decided to order with them for today. We've used them in the past and had no issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. For starters the lady at the carry out window had no gloves on. She had just served a car before me when I pulled up and I saw no sanitizer in sight. I paid via company check and she needed my ID, which I was really hesitant on giving due to a whole global pandemic and again seeing no precautionary actions on her end, but proceeded as I understood since it is a company check. So, after closing the window, going to the counter, picking up a pen, writing my info on the check from my ID, opens the window to give me my ID back, all without sanitizing. Mind you I'm sanitizing in my car as I witness this. She proceeds to give me my order. 30 personal pizzas...she hands them to me in stacks of 6, one, which was very close in getting into a car window, two again no gloves so we're handing off pizza without any protection, and third, then proceeds to say "that's it". No thank you, no see you next time, nothing. But what got me, what tops this whole review off is one of my guys find a ridiculously long hair in his pizza!! Very disappointed in the entire service received from this Mazzio's location. It seems to be clear safety isn't their first priority during such a crucial time. read more

We have been ordering from this Mazzio's for years but it's getting bad. Throughout the years it's hit or miss on whether they get there in the time they say they will. Messed up orders all the time. Tonight we received our order. They forgot to deliver the family ranch which is nearly $4. My wife's sandwich was drenched in Italian dressing. It was disgusting. The bread was so bad from soaking in the dressing that it was falling apart. I thought I'd be able to eat it and let her eat the pizza but even I couldn't eat this. I called to let them know and they offered a $10 credit which I have to use in 30 days. Also, the $10 credit is less than what I paid for the ranch and the sandwich. This is also the location where my parents have been eating for many years. They say the same thing about how it's been going downhill for quite some time. I'm done with this place. Never again. I will either get delivery from a different pizza place or dine in with another Mazzio's. My parents will also be doing the same. Insanity defined by different people throughout human history--"doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" I will no longer act insane by ordering from this place ever again. read more

Was passing through and ordered by phone from the motel. Not the best pizza in the world but certainly not the worst. The attitude of one of the staff answering the phone could have been better especially when explaining how we needed our Motel's phone number to order. read more

We frequent this mazzio's quite often, as in at least once a week. We've always had great service, delivery, and the pizza is fresh 90% of the time. Orders are typically later than estimated, but we've never complained about it because we know things can get busy quick. However, this past week we ordered pizza and it was unclear if we accidentally selected the wrong address (we've got two on our account, but both are for delivery from this same location) or if they delivered to the wrong address, but we received a call from the driver telling us he tried to deliver, but it was the wrong house. The driver was nice enough and told us to call the call center to get the address switched. We called the call center and was told they would contact the manager of the store and have the order delivered to our house. I let him know that we were totally fine heating up the pizza that was already made. He told me that either way, it would be delivered. After about 70 minutes, I decided to call and find out what was going on. I figured it was taking so long because they had to remake the pizza and deliver it to us and it is not out of the normal to wait 70-90 minutes for delivery. I called in and found out the manager cancelled the entire order even though the notes showed that the address was updated without even calling us to let us know. Had the manager called us and said they weren't remaking it, we could have ordered food from another pizza place, which we ended up doing at 9:30 after being told by the supervisor at the call center that she couldn't believe the manager just cancelled the order and did not give us a call to let us know what was going on. I understand issues happen, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and frustrating. read more

Excellent variety of pizzas on the buffet. Very tasty. Manager was very attentive and entire staff was very friendly.

my husband and I called and ordered ahead then picked it up at the drive thru. the pizza was ok. we ordered a large cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni. it was what anyone would expect from a fast-food chain pizza restaurant. the girl at the window was friendly and helpful. I'm giving it a 4 star because of the service and food. I'm not saying it was "great" but I've had worse from fancier chain pizza places. read more

Not happy with this Mazzio's, and that says a lot because Mazzio's is my favorite pizza place bar none, but I guess that's the Mazzio's in Shawnee, OK. This Mazzio's was disappointing. I ordered red peppers and parm. cheese, didn't get either one and it's on the receipt! Ordered a deep dish and it was an original at best. Also ordered well done, NOT! Also had delivered to a hotel, you'd think the staff would realize I needed plates, napkins, etc. NOT! I can understand not bringing a plate, but I didn't get one napkin. forget this place, worst service ever.... i love mazzio's pizza but i have stopped buying from this one till management changes, the times are always off so bad that when they tell me 30 min for pick up i got in 30 min later and they haven't even started making it.... pizza, sandwich it doesn't matter... waited two years to try again and they said pizza would be on my door step 1hr, 1 1/2 hrs later i called to find out where it is shows up 20 min later.... read more
