I made an appointment for 5:00 the following Thursday.. he was right on time! As Murphy's Law would have it, I was running a tad late due to traffic. No worries was the reply text. I continued to text Victor my location and arrived at home 10 minutes late. I showed him what I wanted and showed him the heavy pet area, where my senior dog had a few accidents. I am very happy with Andrade Carpet Cleaning. They gave me the best price for a 4 room and a hallway and there was no hidden charge. Making an appointment was a breeze. I was informed Victor was assigned for the job. On the day of the appointment, he called me ahead of time to let me know he was going to be late which was ok with me. Once he arrived, I showed him the areas and spots I needed him to put more attention to. There were a few dry play dough in the carpet. I was impressed he was able to remove them. I was very concerned the areas around the drawers would not be cleaned well but he assured me he would move the furnitures (I put underneath a slide thingy to easily push the drawers) to make sure they would be cleaned. I am a first time customer and a long time La Habra Hts. resident. I needed some spot cleaning in front of two 4" sliding glass doors that had leaked from the rain. I called and they said it would probably be a minimum job and gave me a quote of $69.95. When they got to my house they told me it will cost $249! This is my second time hiring Andrade Carpet Cleaning. The first time was to clean the carpet at my rental home. Victor very did such a great job and was reasonable in pricing that I hired him again when I bought my next home! Well.. on move in day, the carpet felt so gritty and gross (I'm sure from all the open houses and moving between the sellers and I) that I couldn't not for my appointment with Andrade Carpet Cleaning ! I ended up changing my appt to the morning after move in! We also found a lot of stains that we did not see during the escrow process (hidden by furniture), as well as some "new" stains that were not present during the final walk through :( .
