I called Masters carpet cleaning and within an hour of leaving a voicemail somebody called me up and made an appointment for that same day! Soon Ms. Teresa and her husband came, assessed my carpet, gave me a good price and proceeded to deep clean all the spots I needed in my living room. They are a fraud advertisimg at a reasonable price but once they come out the price is increased. They do more damage to your carpet and not cleaned they used too much water instead of the steam. The carpet remains wet even most areas even the next day. They wiil not correct your complaint and will come back the next day and do nothing but make up excusea for their mistakes. Charged $200 for nothing the highest price for not even 5 rooms not soiled just needed cleaning. Will definitely not recommend this company. read more
