She really knows how to work the body. I am docking one star because my facial was just okay. It felt like the esthetician wasn't as experienced. The facial was also scheduled for 50 minutes and she finished about ten minutes earlier, so I didn't her to have the full experience. She was friendly and polite though. Overall, definitely coming back. Their prices and customer service make it all worth it !

While the ladies were very kind, the service felt extremely rushed, and my massage barely included my whole body, which is what was paid for. She focused on my back, neck and head. Some people have a heavy hand and I'm sure I've had quite a few knots, but my last massage (a few years ago) blew me away in comparison to today. Update: I woke up from a nap and I am in excruciating pain all over my upper back, neck and my head, and called only to be asked why I didn't make a complaint in the spa, when I was willing to let it pass. I want a full refund for the services done extremely poorly and will wait to hear back from the manager tomorrow, because I don't think a gift card is enough severance. Second update: It's laughable, honestly. First, they offer the money back, then say to dispute. No issue. They also act like they aren't the owner to avoid accountability. I will be disputing with the bank. I'd wished I'd seen the reviews sooner, especially the one regarding sexual assault.

It is a dominican owned spa so majority of the women who work here speak little english. The parking is street parking but i never seem to have a problem finding a place to park. However, it's under new management, so the prices are higher and they push too much for longer massages. The lady who massaged me was nice, but spent too much time on my back. Her English was not good, so it was frustrating to communicate with her. I asked for 30 minutes and before my massage was over, the owner opens the curtain. Mind you, I am face down and still nude under the sheets. My female masseuse walked away while the male owner was persistent in pushing for an hour. He told me $60 for an hour or to end my session now. I said, "You need to have your prices upfront because that's not what your masseuse told me. Also, you're pressuring me to make a choice now while I'm naked. This is very uncomfortable for me and super inappropriate." He semi laughed and started to come over to finish the massage and I said, "No, don't touch me." Then when I went to pay, I gave her $50 (I did 30 mins for $40. When I told her to give me change, she bluntly asked, "how much do you want to tip me?" That's unprofessional. You're supposed to give me my change and then wait for your tip. It's like she got upset I didn't give her the whole $50 after that rude interaction with her manager. I left very unhappy and will never go back.

The massage was thorough and well done…read more I don't mind the lack of privacy (the massage tables are separated by sheets), I also don't mind the lack of professionalism (no paperwork or questionnaire, just walk in and jump on a table), those aren't the problems I have. I went here this past Friday with my friend, we started 15 minutes apart. Here are my issues... During my massage she answered her phone twice, and texted twice, (so I was getting one handed massaged at times). Then she left me to see who was walking in on two separate occasions. So that was 6 interruptions while my timer was still going. She pulled my underwear all the way off without asking, which I don't mind in a more private setting but these sheets have some gaps so that was mildly uncomfortable. She then offered to do me for 15 more minutes, because my friend was still getting his for 15 minutes. I thought to myself "Hey that's perfect because I was interrupted so many times." But when I was done and getting dressed, still hadn't had an entire minute to change, no shirt or shoes on yet, she the pulled the curtain open, huffed and puffed, gave me a nasty look and said, "I'm busy!" and started changing the table. So in other words, "Hurry up." So now I'm pissed because the whole situation was ridiculous, I go to pay, and she charged me an extra 20 minutes. I told her she offered the 15 minutes so I'm not getting charged. She refused to take it back and acted as if I was ridiculous for thinking otherwise. Then I tip her (generously) 20% on the original price I was supposed to pay. She then got mad at me and said "I worked hard for you!" I told her "You were on he phone and I was interrupted multiple times, then charged for a service I didn't ask for." She yelled at me, so I walked out. My friend was also given a hard time for his tipping amount and his experience was equally as frustrating. I loved this place before which is what kept me coming back. Now, I will never go again. Like I said the environment doesn't bother me (which is run down and trashy), but the lack of customer service is what is deterring me in the future.

Small business in the cut that often gets overlooked but sounds like they have regulars. Rooms have curtains. The gentleman was respectful. Maybe a little too much pressure on my calves/shins so I had to tell him to ease up cause it was more painful than relaxing but not sure if that was just me. Or a clear sign I need to double up and return soon but I will def be coming back. Give them a try. I'd recommend bringing cash. It's just easier but they accept cards as well.
