I spoke to Jess about what I wanted, and explained an issue I was having with a current piercing. Jess listened to all of concerns and about what I wanted for my new piercing. She didn't rush me and actually listened and gave me feedback. Then, in the chair I was. Before I knew it Jess took care of one of my piercings and then I had the new piercing I wanted. Jess had such a gentle touch and made sure I was comfortable. We even made some small talk during the short piercing process. I will absolutely be back for all my piercing needs as well as when I decide what my next tattoo will be. The shop itself was very clean. Great music playing as well. 5 stars all the way!

Immediately the piercer at cliffs said it was horribly low, not properly done, pierced through the cartilage, and at risk for rejecting through the bottom of my nose. Got a second opinion at Notorious tattoo, where they also said it was completely wrong. Called them to politely ask for a refund, they said since we didn't notice an Issue within 24 hours they won't refund. They won't even admit they screwed it up. I'm sorry but I paid a "professional" $108 and I tipped 20, how am I supposed to know that it was done improperly. Thankfully the ball did fall off otherwise I wouldn't have been aware how botched it truly was. Extremely unprofessional and from what I can tell this is a common theme with them in their reviews.

I loved Amanda's design that she created for the portrait I let her have free reign because I kind of give the tattoo artists leniency as long as they're basically doing what I ask for. I had a great time while she was tattooing me we vibed well together which is always a good thing when getting tattooed. We were able to talk and I was in a good position to watch the tattoo getting done because if I am able to I like to watch it getting done. I loved my tattoo she did a great job and I appreciated it so much. I don't know about the other artists here except my friend Nicole got one done by Amanda and Justin did a cover up for her and she was also happy with both tattoos. As opposed to using a separate needle for shading, he used the same needle as the line work. During the healing process, the tattoo scabbed over and when the scab fell off the tattoo was completely faded and scared over. I've never had this experience in my life and my whole left arm is tattooed. Would never ever recommend this shop to anyone nor will I ever return. First and last time. I was certainly impressed by the Artists work and shop presentation. Classic Tattoo shop feel, wood themed decor with tons of really nice in house flash adorning the walls. I also love the fact that the shop keeper was constantly cleaning and disinfecting the entire time of my visit. I got a few smaller tattoos done by Travis. I have had interest in his work for quite some time, I reached out via his Instagram to make the appointment. When I arrived we started with a consultation of what I wanted and the areas of placement. After that I waited for a little while he drew them up. When he came back out I was hyped with the result of the finished line drawings/stencils so no revisions needed and I had given him full Artistic Freedom (highly recommended) on the color schemes. I am immensely satisfied with my experience and finished artwork. I will for sure be booking more appointments very soon!
