I paid $1500 in advance for multiple cool sculpting treatments in November and had been very patient with Doctor Calcatti and his staff as far as scheduling the treatment. But this man is very unorganized. Never reached back out and when I reached out to the spa a response was hardly ever received. I only got one treatment and then I got ghosted. Very unprofessional. I'd like to start by saying that Dr. Calcatti and the estheticians have been very pleasant during every visit and treatment, no issue there. Unfortunately, the chemical peel on my back that was conducted by the two estheticians has left me with chemical burns/scarring for over a month, and do not seem to be going away. Worse, I am several weeks away from my wedding now, with burns that to me are worse than the acne scarring I was attempting to diminish. I have had chemical peels before, and never had this type of scarring. The estheticians were both very attentive and considerate, and one offered to cool the expected burning during the procedure by wiping the area with a damp piece of gauze. I asked her if this would have any negative impact on the peel, to which she replied no. After her wiping on one side, the burning became significant, and both of them began acting rather concerned, which I did not fully understand until I saw my back. I believe that by trying to cool with the wet gauze, she rubbed the chemicals from the peel deeper into my skin, creating a pretty severe burn and now scarring that has not faded. I went in a couple weeks later to check in out of concern, and they just suggested I try to talk to my doctor and figure out another treatment plan, but assured me the scarring would be long gone by my wedding. I have another appointment Friday and will update then, with the images of the scarring progression, however am currently both physically and emotionally scarred from this experience. Despite this, I'm giving two stars at the moment as they have been very pleasant at all of my appointments, even though rather unhelpful for this particular issue. Additionally, the CoolSculpting procedure with Dr. Calcatti was excellent and exceeded my expectations. read more

I paid for a 60 minute facial but was only given a 30 minute facial. I had to point this out after my facial. Customer service is not up to par and I had to wait for almost an hour to be seen. My appointment was for 5:30, I was called in after 6:22 and they completed my facial by 7. They rescheduled me for another facial 30 minute. I will continue to provide updates. *Update* Please take note that this is how a business should be run when it comes to making sure their customers are satisfied! My facial was upgraded, the facial itself was wonderfully done, and the customer service was great. Highly recommended I am 39 years I came here to freeze my fat on my lower abdomen, love handles and bar back fat. I also got Botox. Very unprofessional and don't care about their clients. I scheduled an appointment for a cool sculpting consultation and upon showing up I was told the doctor had a problem at another location. I was asked if I want to come back later or reschedule and since I had already taken a day off of work and sat in 45 minutes of traffic to get there I was unable to come back at an unspecified later time. Knowing the doctor was unable to keep my appointment it was truly poor service to not call me or notify me and have me show up at the appointment just to leave. The woman who I dealt with at the office told me bad the doctor was going to feel when I told her the hardship it had caused me. I wanted to say, how about how bad I feel?! The epitome of bad customer service. I had been here in the past and had them cancel on me multiple times for massage service because they had no air conditioning and other various excuses. They don't care about wasting their clients time and certainly this doesn't promote much trust in their service. An oversight such as missing a scheduled appointment could easily translate into an oversight in provided treatment and that is a scary thought. Oh and I actually had to call twice to make the appointment since the first time they took my name and number to call me back a week went by and I never heard from them. If you think about going here I highly recommend finding another place if you actually want somewhere to keep the appointment they made for you or if you value your time. Stumbled upon this place and i absolutely love it. Diane is a sweetheart. Iv been having trouble with cystic acne and redness and i started out with a glycolic peel. After leaving and a week later i wasn't able to see much a difference or peeling on my skin so when i called back Diane insisted i come back and she will do the stronger one free of charge.
