It is undeniable that every esthetician on this team (including the one I had the negative experience with) is exceptional at giving facials. And, overtime, the positive experiences have accumulated and outweighed the negative one. Recently, I had a skin analysis with Sandra herself. She was detailed, patient, and answered every single one of my (many) questions. My girlfriend had been going to Piel for a few months and her skin was/ still is glowing! So I gave it a shot at the end of August '14 and it's the best thing I've done for my skin. My appointment is today and I arrive to the news that Michael had left an hour before my appointment and that another provider was going to be seeing me and top of that, the same laser hair removal machine that's always been used on me is no longer held there. Okay...That's fine... but why was any of this not communicated to me BEFORE my appointment???? After the first session, my skin was visibility firmer and plump. This is a treatment where you see the best progress 3-4 weeks after the initial treatment because it takes time for the collagen to build. Morpheus8 is a combination of microneedling and radio frequency, so it's very important that you go to a skilled practitioner in a very clean environment. This place is the real deal. I would have been better off using self-tanner at home. I reached out to the business owner with photos and she recommended baking soda and lemon juice to address the dark areas. No offer of refund or discount. After $80+ after tip i feel that ive been robbed. If you do go here, id recommend checking your tan very carefully after and asking for help with it before you leave. So you dont end up like me - the day before a professional photo shoot for my business. With this embaressing mess on my hands.
