The job resulted in poor wall coverage and paint on my ceiling that remains messed up to this day. I even had to report one of their employees for trying to solicit my business behind the owners' backs. While they sent a second painter to fix some issues, the baseboards and window sills were never resolved. Later, a painter named Chris worked so slowly that almost nothing was finished, and more paint ended up on my ceiling. I later learned from the owners, Chance and Haley, that Chris was 'mentally checked out' because it was his last day. It took three days for another employee, Cody, to come and finish the work. Cody was the only positive part of this experience, but even then, trash--including a heavy old toilet seat--was left at my curb for 2.5 days. Despite my attempts to reach Chance or Haley, they ignored my calls until I contacted Cody directly. The most insulting part: Chance apparently demanded the waste management company verify my receipt before picking up the trash, even though he knew I had already paid him for the service. The drivers actually apologized to me, noting that Chance was the one causing the delay. As a 60-year-old with disabilities, I found their lack of communication and 'games' with the trash pickup incredibly disrespectful. In my opinion, Chance's behavior was manipulative and unprofessional. When I tried to resolve this, they harassed me with late-night phone calls until I had to block them. I am sharing this so others are warned: based on my experience, this is how they treat customers. I have the receipts and documentation to back all this up. After posting my honest experience, I received a "courtesy notice" from Haley via email on 3/9/2026. Instead of apologizing for the poor workmanship or the trash situation, they are now threatening me with legal action for defamation. I have the receipts, the photos of the ceilings, window sill and baseboards, a roommate witness, as well as dates and times of call logs to prove everything I have stated is true. It is disappointing that this business would rather spend time threatening a senior citizen with a disability than simply doing the job right the first time. I will not be intimidated into deleting the truth.

For context we started a job worth about $4000 back in Feb 2024 -- replacement toilets, installing vent hood, fixing a portion of drywall and paint in 3 spots in the ceiling, and changing window balances. It is now a year and half later and I am dissatisfied with everything but the vent hood and it has been so difficult to get Mike to come back and fix things. Toilet replacement - toilet was leaking from the flange somewhere still after the replacement, he would not come back to fix after I asked him 3 times about this issue Paint - we had a portion of the ceiling painted after drywall repairs -- I had a can of paint in my garage from previous homeowner but wasn't sure if it would match. Mike went ahead and did the whole ceiling and it ended up not matching -- he still charged ME when doing the repainting, implying that I took responsibility. Lesson learned -- don't ever try to help a contractor. Overall just a really confusing experience, I should have followed my instincts and pestered about the expectations and cost but I thought we had some rapport for some reason. Changing window balances - This was the most egregious... we needed new window balances on 10 or so windows in my home per Mike's suggestion. I called him and texted him multiple times asking when he would come back to do this... it took him several months and he gave me excuses saying it was hard for him to get the parts, because he wanted to give me quality balances and not the cheap kind. When he came he didn't bring the balances, and he judged that my old balances were fine and they just needed adjusting. He actually left one window without a balance, and never got back to me about the new parts which I wanted left at my place because it was part of the original contract. Also after a few weeks the problem came back and the windows were tough to open again.

He ended up charging me $676 total--including an outrageous $145 per pound for 3 lbs of R-410A refrigerant ($435 just for gas!), plus $241 for diagnostic and coil cleaning. After charging nearly $700, the report basically states they have no idea how long it will last because there's an active leak, and they immediately pushed for a full system replacement. Charging extreme markups on refrigerant while offering zero guarantee on the work and using it as a gateway to sell a brand-new unit is terrible customer service. Save your money and call a company that actually wants to repair and troubleshoot your system rather than just top it off and pitch a total replacement. To spend almost $700 on a single service visit only to be handed a "disclaimer" that the refrigerant could leak out tomorrow and that I need to buy a new system is unacceptable. It feels like they loaded up expensive refrigerant just to hand me a hefty bill and a replacement quote. Would not recommend.

I replaced a fill valve in my toilet but it was leaking at the tank bolts. I watched the manufacturer installation video and various YouTube videos and could not stop the leak. Andrii took it apart and put it back together adding metal and rubber washers, and additional nuts at strategic points to tighten the seal. It worked. I wish I'd called him earlier. I purchased the Samsung 60" DU7200 Series Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV (2024) and paired it with the Best Buy Essentials™ Full Motion Wall Mount for 47-84" TVs. Joseph handled the entire installation with ease -- I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, step by step. He even installed my Govee Dreamview TV Strip Lights and made sure the final touches were perfect.
