Kevin was great and friendly and the door replaced in about 4 hours, he asked if there was anything else we needed done, so I asked him to hang some curtain rods. Today, 2 great young men, Christian and Jackson demolished my 20+ year old spa and just over half of the deck it sat on. I contacted them. Dean J replied they could come out, give an assessment, that they charge by the hour. he specifically said I'm "a little" out of their service area but they could. I was in the hospital after that. left the a voicemail yesterday. got a call this morning saying they can't. maybe get straight what your company can do before you tell a customer you can do their job. Once again Handyman Home Pros comes to the rescue. I had some wiring that was done wrong or not at all and the people who I paid to do the work wouldn't resolve the issue so I called Handyman Home Pros and they took care of it in a hours time. I had just scheduled the appointment late yesterday and they got over here first thing in the morning and an hour latter everything is as it should be. Great employees that do a job right the first time and if you need they will fix problems left by others that don't do things right. I have learned a very expensive lesson the hard way, I should have just called Handyman Home Pros right from the beginning and saved myself thousands of dollars. There are so many scammers out there in the home remodeling business. We got taken for tens of thousands of dollars for a project that most of it we are having to have redone by other people. We bought into the promises of a Designer was the better way to go, it's not.
