On my first visit of the year I went for a cleaning ( my insurance covers 2 cleaning a year), last week I received a bill from my dentist for $213.00. So I called my insurance and they said that they could not cover that bill because my dentist was not in my network anymore, then she said that they can change that as they please, she asked me if I was notified and I said no, so she said that I needed to call them. I spoke to the lady in the billing department and she was very rude and disrespectful, I told her that I should have been told about it by a phone call, text or email that my visits were not covered anymore, if I knew I would not have got the last teeth cleaning. But instead they didn't tell me and charged me for it. When I told the lady it wasn't fair and I would not pay the bill, she raised her voice and threatened me that she would send me to a collection agency, so I just hanged up the phone.. Having been in customer service my whole life , never would I talk or disrespect anyone this way! This woman should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!!

From the minute I sat in the chair and met the Dr I was immediately at ease. He is super friendly and accommodating. He did his check and I made my appts to get it fixed. The only downside for me is they aren't in network with my dental insurance, and I believe they are only contracted with 2. So you may want to contact them prior about this if that's important to you. Luckily they do work with most PPO dental programs so I was able to use them and not pay the full amount myself. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks

The technician was very careful to be gentle and very thorough. I liked that Dr. Chambi actually came in and finish cleaning my teeth and discussed daily routine and why certain things were important during certain times of day. Now for the rest of the story: The fact that the oral surgeon was able to get an IV in my arm that most people can't speaks volumes to his skill. I didn't have any pain after my extraction and didn't take any meds, though it was a relatively "simple" extraction as far as extractions go. The hardest part post‑op was limiting myself to soft foods for a week! I've only been to the office twice -- the consult and the actual procedure. The consult didn't leave me with the best first impression. My anxiety was through the roof and, other than the fantastic lady at the front desk, the visit didn't do much to calm it. I also later found out I could have filled out the paperwork online beforehand; I didn't bring my glasses and really struggled to read the forms in the office. For some people, including myself, the dental environment is inherently anxiety‑provoking. The power imbalance, the lack of control, the vulnerability... None of that is easily eased when you're lying on an uncomfortable dental chair in a cold, quiet room with only your thoughts (and an IV sedation handout) for company. I would have appreciated being clearly presented with all sedation options instead of IV being assumed. Anxiety aside, all went well. I also appreciated the fun bandaid and the thoughtful take‑home bag.
