Now for the rest of the story: The fact that the oral surgeon was able to get an IV in my arm that most people can't speaks volumes to his skill. I didn't have any pain after my extraction and didn't take any meds, though it was a relatively "simple" extraction as far as extractions go. The hardest part post‑op was limiting myself to soft foods for a week! I've only been to the office twice -- the consult and the actual procedure. The consult didn't leave me with the best first impression. My anxiety was through the roof and, other than the fantastic lady at the front desk, the visit didn't do much to calm it. I also later found out I could have filled out the paperwork online beforehand; I didn't bring my glasses and really struggled to read the forms in the office. For some people, including myself, the dental environment is inherently anxiety‑provoking. The power imbalance, the lack of control, the vulnerability... None of that is easily eased when you're lying on an uncomfortable dental chair in a cold, quiet room with only your thoughts (and an IV sedation handout) for company. I would have appreciated being clearly presented with all sedation options instead of IV being assumed. Anxiety aside, all went well. I'd like to start with I came in for a emergency visit, there was an issue with my insurance when I…read moregot there after waiting 45 minutes after the appointment time I was called back. I had made a comment to the girl with pink hair oh they must have figured out the insurance, she ignored the comment and tried to get the machine to work to take X-rays but was having a hard time and could tell she wasn't happy. I was then brought to a room and more x-rays were taken by Emily! Then Dr Perry came in and had said he recommended pulling a tooth due to a cavity and the tooth being chipped and discussed the cost of removal without insurance applied and that he recommended coming back in a few days after I had some meds to relieve the swelling! When scheduling the front desk person who made the appointment said we can diagnose and fix same day when I brought that up it became an issue. I then had 4 different people come in back to back all saying something different then the next. After finally talking with the office manager they said come back at 2 and we will get it handled (my appointment was at 8am) when I returned at 1:30 to give them more insurance info as I have triple coverage, the front desk was trying to get ahold of insurance and I wasn't brought back until 2:30 where the front desk said they got ahold of one insurance and they will cover 75% I said fine I'll pay the rest and get reimbursed later from insurance! When I was in the room and had been numbed the Dr said I'll let that sit for a few minutes and be back. Well that turned to over 30 minutes because he had a meeting and no one could find him. I was then brought a form to sign for the operation basically if something goes wrong I can't blame them I thought that was weird cause I was already back and had been in the chair numbed! Then the office lady that said insurance would pay 75% came in and asked for the remainder of the balance and was over $100 more then discussed so I asked to have the office manager come in cause the math didn't align after spending 20 minutes talking to the office manager and getting everything figured out because they didn't tell me they were charging me $378 dollars for X-rays from the morning that I never signed for I gave the office manager my card and then she quickly came back saying now insurance won't cover anything because we didn't have pre authorization but was told everything was fine in the morning when I left! We finally came to an agreement that I would pay 25% today and they will try to figure out the insurance and if not they will send me a bill. This office is so disorganized it's not even funny but is very normal when half the people working there are family! The work that was done was good but the service was horrible. I didn't leave until 4:30pm and all that was done was X-rays in the morning and a single tooth removed in the afternoon! They will tell you whatever you want to hear but not the truth, this goes for everyone even DR Perry who didn't tell me I had an infection in the tooth I found out from a pharmacist cause I had to go get meds when I left in the morning for them to even see me in the afternoon! Over all just avoid this place unless you want the most disorganized service of your life!

But dr wyman, the ladies cleaning my teef, and Corey the receptionist make me feel so safe and welcome all the time! When u getting teef clean they are so gentle and kind! They really take their time unlike other places that just gonna rush it! And you are more than just teef they clean, they love to get to know you as a person, taking care of you as a whole! I love when dr wyman checks for any lumps and bumps and makes me say ahhh :D then he takes a peak inside! This place is the best! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a family dentist or dental care in general!

I put off having it pulled due to embarrassment and shame over not having "perfect" teeth and only saw him because I couldn't take the pain anymore. However the doctor and his staff were kind, understanding, professional and treated me with dignity and respect. In fact, that initial visit has changed my life forever. Dr. Wyman was not able to initially pull my tooth due to my blood pressure. I was referred to another doctor about my HBP and was diagnosed right away and put on medication to stabilize and control my blood pressure. I was also placed on a diet (keto diet) that I can stick to and as of this review I have lost 35 lbs! The next time I visited Dr. Wynman he successfully pulled my tooth with no pain or complications. He has a very gentle and steady hand with that needle. I felt so comfortable with him and his staff that I came back for more work and dental cleaning. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My toot extraction took about 15 minutes, and apart from the sounds you hear when a tooth is pulled out of your upper jaw, there was no pain, no discomfort. Nothing. If I ever need oral surgery again, this is where I'll go, and I would recommend Dr. Brar to anybody needing it.

The staff (including Dr. Amanda) are friendly, professional and they really know there stuff. The receptionist/front desk woman was very helpful and I could tell she really cared about how the office processes hummed. The entire team gave special attention to my comfort through the new patient exam process and I was very relaxed because of that.
