He immediately recommended a tooth to be pulled even prior to really talking to me as to why I was there and taking x-rays. I brought x-rays with me ,7 months old. He looked at them briefly and was not interested to compare them to the x-rays he was going to take himself. Also, I had to indicate to him to scroll further in x-RAY FILE as he was just glancing at actually images from 2019 that were in the file also. He muttered that I should be at an endodontist - which I agree with potentially, but this was our first appt and conceivably I need a check up, cleaning, new x-rays and a treatment plan and his referral. He seemed flustered from the get-go about his own system of culling appropriate pts into his practice. That has nothing to do with me! He appeared to be training a dental assistant and while he was doing so, left instruments in my mouth for wayyyy too long - I managed this 2-3 times and then I indicated I am uncomfortable and his body language and deep exhalations indicated frustration with both the trainee and myself the pt. When I tried to explain he cut me off, saying something which was not discernible - when asked for clarification he escalated and threw his arms in the air.....REALLY - this behavior in a dentist office -- good god man - get a grip and some professionalism -- or perhaps a mood stabilizer. Even the trainee and clerk were wide eyed about the entire episode. He was rude, rigid, difficult to communicate with, no attention to detail or managing pt comfort and needs.

Finally the date came and I went in for my cleaning, by this point I was a bit annoyed, but ok. Well, it turned out I was seen by Dentist Dr. Yon, not a hygienist, odd but fine. She was so quick and efficient! I was out in 35 min total! And no pain, very little discomfort, no sore ness afterwards, I could have dinner well. (At my previous dentist I was always super sore , even a day after my cleanings). so happy with this experience. Will be coming back to them for sure!

I didn't get anesthesia until 12:40 and then they said oh will come back in 5-10 min they didn't come back in until 1:20PM. I also forgot that my appointment when I scheduled it was told it will last 1 hour. The tech when she took me back at 12:20 said oh no this is a 2 hours procedure. I am still waiting for them to finish and is 3:09 PM. The lack of communication and professionalism. I had to cancel meetings because of it. I told them to fix the crown they had installed 8months ago and messed up. I will take my business somewhere else. If you have nothing to do. I hadn't been feeling very good the previous week and it turned out my tooth had become badly infected. I texted for help on Thursday evening and I was seen at 8:45am the next morning and made it to work on time. I was given antibiotics and was told it needed to be worked on asap and scheduled me for Monday. I was not looking forward to a weekend of pain but Monday was better than any other office could or would have scheduled me. Saturday morning Dr Bashti calls me and says he thinks I should come in right then and take care of it. Less than 2 hours later he has my infected tooth pulled the tooth next to it repaired and taken care of. It's been a week since the work was done and my jaw was hardly sore the last week and I'll be chewing away good as new very soon. I've seen this dentist a handful of times over the last 7 years and can't recommend him enough. This was the first time I saw other patients in the office and it was clear that they also were very pleased with their treatment and grateful to him for his care. I am a wimp when it comes to mouth pain and other than the initial novocaine shot it was painless. I didn't even have time to worry he did the work so quick. While I wish I never had to see another dentist again, I know that I will definitely have to many more times in my life and I feel like I'm in good hands as long as Priceless Dental is still around.

No care whatsoever when it comes to the patients. The second I sat down Lofti wanted to do an X-ray on a tooth I wasn't even there for and immediately after the last picture was taken I was presented with a $400 bill in my chair before the bonding can even begin. I then mentioned that I have insurance which they were already aware about until I called my insurance company and let them talk it over. Magically the price went from $400 to $148 and finally $90. This dentist office needs to be shut down.

I have delta ppo so when you visit a ppo provider the dentist agrees to accept an amount that may be less then what is billed and copay calculated before insurance pays. The difference was never adjusted and my question was ignored several times when inquiring. Finally after saying I would contact delta dental professional services Meghan told me they would cut me a check and wasn't sure where the misunderstanding happened. Im sorry you dont just cut someone a $400 check if they aren't understanding billing, you would explain to them. If you have a ppo insurance definitely check your insurance statements vs what you are billed after services provided. Also one time I was blindsided by getting a $500 bill from the office in the mail. Meghan said waiting on insurance payment to ignore it and that she submitted several times, that insurance play games that she's been doing this for 20 years... I called delta dental they said they hadn't received needed documentation and after I sent a text to the office with an email to submit suddenly delta dental paid with in 5 days so Meghan is the one who was playing games. There were a few times where Meghan wasn't honest but plays it off as she knows her sh*t. Unfortunately because of billing/ insurance issues I said I would not longer be going there after finding a dentist i felt comfortable with.

Why is my discount only 3%? Then she pulls out the mouth rinse he prescribed me and he tells her to charge me $25 instead of $20! I pointed out the two obvious pricing discrepancies and all I got was "I'm sorry". I don't feel I can trust this dentist and I won't be back.
