Our appointment was at 1:00 PM, and my children were in the dental chairs by 1:04 PM. Heather was incredibly sweet with them. It was my son's first time at the dentist, and even though he was scared and cried a little, she was very gentle and explained every step before starting a procedure. The doctor was also very soothing and took the time to explain the importance of brushing and flossing. My kids were so excited to receive a surprise toy and get to pick out their own toothbrushes. Five stars all the way! Going to the dentist can be ominous but it has been a totally pain-free experience at Barkoff Dental, very "chill environment" and I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. I was able to book all four to have their check up and cleaning at the same time. As each of them finished with their wonderful hygienists, Dr. Shulman jumped from one to the other. The kids say that Dr. Rich is funny and nice. Another great convenience is having Dr. Miller right in the same office.
