He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.

Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't.
