I have used Andrews HVAC several times. We had trouble with our AC 2 years back; Cameron came over and repaired the problem quickly; great service and attention to detail. This last February, we awoke to the furnace not working....and the temperature was -7 F. I called their emergency number, and Cameron made time to come over. He repaired the problem (I had installed a NEST thermostat incorrectly), and the charge was reasonable. Lastly, our hot water tank incurred a leak, I called Andrews HVAC, just to get a reference for a legitimate plumber for a new tank install. But, Cameron said his guys could do the job. He was able to schedule the job for the next morning, and the two guys completed the install efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and Cameron checked back later in the day to see if we were satisfied, or had any concerns. Can't say enough about this business. My furnace is 19 yrs. old; I will be using Andrews to install a new energy efficient model. read more

I have to say I've worked in this field and know a good hvac tech when I talk to one. This company ultra professional and caring. After I paid my bill about 2 days later I got a visit from cam Andrews to make sure all was well he also brought me a rebate form all filled in except no signature lol. It was for the thermostat they brought and I was given $75 rebate which they didn't have to do.
