All you care about is up charging your customers and selling not the actual service. I would never recommend your company nor would I do business with your company. Bill and Andy did an excellent job with my new furnace and A/C including a new line set and pad. The professionalism was beyond my expectations. They took the time to run the lines in a neat and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs. They add an evaporation pump and new drain line. Heating and Cooling Solutions was asked to provide a quote for installing a Split HVAC system. While they were prompt in providing an estimate, the estimate noted a Brand name with general information and a price for installation. No BTU, No SEER, No Model numbers. Heating and Cooling said to feel free to call for information, but when asked to provide a full description of what was to be installed in writing , they failed to respond. Without a full description, if there was a dispute I would have had no recourse. read more

We had a very large job for them to do as we replaced our Furnace, Air Conditioner, Air Purifier, Humidifier and Water Heater. The installers were terrific. They were on time, very professional, explained everything they were there to do and about how long it was going to take. The Salesman/Tech was not pushy, explained everything, was very knowledgeable of the products and even advised me against a couple things I had thought of doing. My heat went just as it started getting cold. They showed up right away the next day, to diagnose, and I needed a whole new furnace. They moved me up so they could get me heat back right away and the pricing was fair. Ben and mike came for the installation. They were right on time and finished within 4 hours just as promised. In order to sell our home, we had a buyer who wanted the furnace inspected, and the sump pump inspected too. Todd, (from Heating & Cooling Solutions), and I, had talked on the phone ahead of the appointment and he said he would check the furnace for $79.95, and said he would take a look at the sump-pump, but never said there would be a charge for that. 2 of Todd's co-workers showed up 15-20 minutes late for the appointment, and they proceeded to check the furnace, which was $89.95 ($10 more than stated on the phone), and they also charged us $49.95 for checking the sump-pump, which we thought would cost us nothing. We were expecting a bill for $79.95 plus tax, and we got a bill for $139.90 plus tax instead! Very, very frustrated for lack of honesty on the phone about what the real charges would be! Air conditioner went out over the weekend. 21 year old Lennox conditioner. Fearing the worst, I thought we would need a new unplanned air conditioner at the end of the summer season. But low and behold, Ryan was able to repair for a reasonable price. He also quoted us prices for a new air conditioner and also a quote with a new furnace (also 21 year old Lennox). Now we can start planning for our old Lennox replacements! read more

We called early Thursday, after our AC unit failed overnight. Bill was out by 7 AM to diagnose the problem. He advised he could repair the unit, but due to it's age (over 20 years), it was likely other things were also going on. He explained everything in detail. We immediately felt he was honest, and looking out for our best interest, and opted to go with a new unit. Meanwhile, he left to get a part to get our old unit limping along through the weekend, until the new unit was available for installation. He had it up and running by 9 AM. The AC failed again overnight Sunday, and my husband called early Monday, to see if there was any way they could come out earlier, by any chance. Dave and Bill were here by 7:30, and they were able to work us in the schedule. They had the new unit up and running by 10:30 AM! They are responsive, courteous, professional, and trustworthy.
