Deluxe pizza

If you're looking for a bite, definitely come here! Best pizza we have had ever, very fresh and made super quick, highly recommend!

The outside seating is limited.

I love this place. Right on the Cabot Trail in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The Staff is friendly and the food fresh.

This is one of the worst restaurants I can ever remember eating at…read more The restaurant is down the road from (and I believe part of) the Keltic Lodge in Ingonish Beach on Cape Breton Island. The setting is scenic and the dining room spacious. Why am I so down on the restaurant, then? It was the food and service. Their chowder was awful. I had a lobster and it was tough and chewy. I also tried the mussels. They were tasteless. The fish tacos I would best describe as meh. Others in our group of five provided the following feedback: Salmon ... so so; Steak .... not great; Turkey Club .... yucky As if that was not enough, the service was atrocious. Meals came very slowly and drinks, it seemed, even slower. One person in our group ordered a second glass of wine. It didn't come during the meal. Then finally after getting tired of waiting post-meal, the diner got up and got the glass of wine from the bartender. When the waitress was asked about the inordinate wait, she responded, "Hey, I'm not the bartender." We did ask to speak to the manager at the end of the meal, and I must say he was as apologetic and accommodating as anyone could be. I wish I could add a star to the restaurant's rating just based on the management's response, but that would not be just to readers relying on Yelp! reviews. To be fair, our visit was in mid-June 2016 and the restaurant could have been just starting to gear up for the upcoming high season in Nova Scotia. Maybe our server was new to the service industry. Besides, you could happen to get a bad server almost anywhere. Perhaps come July the place will show improvement. Of course, the food is another issue. I don't know who was in that kitchen, but their level of culinary expertise left much to be desired. That REALLY needs to be addressed for anyone to ever have an enjoyable meal here.

My daughter had their chicken bacon mac and cheese and really liked it. My wife loved the mussels but thought the pan seared haddock was a bit bland. The thing that really impressed me is they served the kids first. That's the way to earn points with the parents.

The person on the front counter was patient and helpful as my wife and I tried to decide what to get (so much of the menu sounded delicious). We each had a slice of cheese as we wait for the garlic fingers we ordered. The slice was great on its own, but the garlic fingers were absolutely astounding. Essentially cheesy garlic bread topped with bacon served along side a garlic butter dip. My only complaint is that we didn't order a larger size!

The place is just filled with happiness and joy and it stems from the staff that is fully visible to all patrons. Everyone working here looks happy and spears to live their job. The atmosphere brought my spirits up just being there. I ordered the 14" combination. There were plenty of toppings and sauce. The cheese tasted like real cheese not some fake stuff like some places use. The inside of the restaurant is small but not cramped. There is a lot of traffic because there are a lot of takeout orders being picked up. They also sell pizza by the slice which is a good way to try different pizzas without ordering a whole one. If you're craving pizza and you're in the area of Baddeck - I highly suggest Tom's Pizza!!

No impoliteness but nothing memorable. But who cares because the pizza is awesome with a capital A! As for ambiance, the Sydney location is not really a dine in spot. I always get take-out and the parking is also hit or miss. But that pizza!

I asked the girl behind the plastic barrier if they had any promotions, to which she replied "yes." I was baffled that I had to further ask if she could tell me them, wondering if I have to have the key to the secret crypt to gain access? She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.
