But then I spoke to Valerie and she is just so warm and friendly that I immediately got the best vibes. Wes and his partner then came out to do a free consultation to evaluate a few projects I needed done and were nice enough to give me different quotes for each. As someone who has to do proposals for their job, I can appreciate how tedious this step is and so I really appreciate that small gesture! The quotes were fair and reasonable and as soon as I signed off, the work was scheduled instantly. One thing that really stuck out to me, aside from the frequent updates from my girl, Valerie was when Wes called me to ask about HOA regulations for the railing I had replaced, as he noticed that all of the houses in my neighborhood (because he drove around to look on his own accord!) hafnd a different railing that I ordered. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I did not end up paying a ton of money for work that my HOA could potentially make me redo. I just think that is a the kind of service that builds trust. The work they did was fantastic. Any concern I had was quickly addressed and taken care of. I honestly could not have asked for anything more and they will definitely be my very first call for any and all future home projects!

I cannot recommend Blusky Roofing and Restoration too highly. Don't be fooled. Higher price does not mean better service.

Although they sent a crew to make repairs, I had to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the resulting interior water damage. Unfortunately, the roof leaked again the following summer and then a third time a few months later. Throughout the process, Aaron assured me the company would address the issue. However, after weeks of communication, he claimed the leak was coming from the skylight and was not covered under warranty. The problem is that the skylight was also installed by the same contractor. More concerning, Aaron stated that he had personally inspected the property, but security camera footage and family members confirmed that no one from the company ever visited my home on the dates he claimed. What is most disappointing is not just the recurring leaks, but the company's apparent unwillingness to take responsibility for its work. A contractor's true reputation is measured by how it handles problems after the job is completed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I have filed a complaint with the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection and hope for a fair resolution. If you hire this contractor, be prepared for potential ongoing issues, repair costs, and challenges obtaining warranty support.

I don't typically write these reviews, but I definitely want to jump on here and say Dale Rimmer…read morewas beyond amazing. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. I called and the next week we had an appointment. We also used this company for another smaller job before getting the windows and were very happy. We had some issues with a leak and the guys came back out to troubleshoot multiple times to get it fixed for us. I was really impressed as I had already paid! They just didn't take my money and run. Also, both jobs were done with very little mess. You wouldn't even have known we had new windows installed! Have used another contractor for doors and they were very messy (getting caulk on the windows, porch and siding. They even scratched the hardwood floors.) We will be using K & A1 again in the future!
