I've had several amazing experiences with Andriana Furs, specifically in the care of Anna. My mother had passed away and I wanted to get her coat cleaned and placed in storage. Anna explained the process to me and because it was a mink that mom had for many years, it needed special care by hand. The end result was stunning. In addition to that, Anna got to know a little about me, and had an idea of what I might like, so she would call me about coats coming into the furrier. I trusted her taste and judgement, so I'd go after hearing a detailed description from her over the phone. Well, that led to more purchases, and she was right every time. She recommended coats that were exactly my style, very unique, always beautiful and of the best quality. She also calls about sales! Anna is the best! Others that I've seen in the showroom seem nice and professional, but I stick with Anna. She knows her customers and can help with the style, size and budget you have in mind! Actually really horrible service. When shopping, a staff member breathed down my neck the entire time. They didn't have what I needed for my New Year's Eve outfit. But, they did have a few cool furs. For future reference, I tried to photograph a dyed fox coat that I wanted to purchase at a later date. When doing so, said staff member (that I still didn't know had been about three feet behind me, monitoring me over my shoulder) barked at me saying "you can't do that!". I had no clue. The policy wasn't posted anywhere on the vicinity and the leering, money hungry salesman didn't inform prior to my mistake. My bad. But, I don't think it warranted the hostile excuse for customer service which I was provided with. The customer service is too poor, the drive is too far, and much of their styles are far too outdated to treat people insensitively and expect to retain customers. read more

Took my mink for storage in the spring 2016. Went to pick it up on a Friday evening in November. The tassels were all shredded up and they told me I brought in that way. When I bring it in they inspect the coat from top to bottom. I had a reception to go to that evening and wanted to wear the coat. One of the associates told me to wear it that way because the repair person was gone and they can not fix it till Monday. I was so upset about the whole situation, but mostly because they told me I brought in that way. Needless to say, I would not wear the coat that way. I don't wear the coat often cuz I feel it is too fancy to wear but this occasion would of been perfect. The associates working there were very abrasive and rude. No people skills. They offered no apology nor compensation for my time and travel. I will NEVER deal with these people again. read more

I had chosen to take my full length shearling and mink jacket to Andriana based on it being close to wear I live and the advertisement. I specifically requested an appraisal for the mink the day I dropped my coats off for cleaning and repairs. Three and a half weeks later and $500 lighter, I did not receive the appraisal that I had asked for. The salesman, "Bobby" who assisted me failed to mention that the appraisal would cost $65 and didn't bother to fulfill my request. Even more disappointing, they returned my coats to me in freakin plastic garbage bags. If $500 wasn't enough to have an appraisal completed or a decent garment bag they've seen the last of me. Surely, there's a furrier somewhere in the city or west suburbs that will do a better job than this place. read more

First time purchasing fur, seriously hesitant to go into the 95th Chicago location. Was prepared to be overwhelmed and pressured to purchase. To my surprise the customer service representatives, specifically Anna Waters and Tony, were exceptional. Ms Waters is a great listener, personable and very professional. After she presented me with three coats to try, I purchased two of them.... along with the matching hats. No buyers remorse.
