That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.

I requested that my name and badge number be stitched on the back of the knit cap. All paid for in advance due to tailoring. Upon pick up, I was not satisfied with the embroidery on the knit cap. There was no spacing between my name and badge number. It was agreed, due to my dissatisfaction, that the stitching of my badge number would be removed and restitched with proper spacing. I agreed, problem solved. I would come back in two days for pickup. Well the next day I received a call from the store informing me that I would have to take the cap as is and that it looked fine to the person on the phone. I stated to the person on the phone. That I could not believe that after I had spent almost $400 dollars that this could be a problem. Not wishing to go back and forth with an employee I requested to speak with the manager. To my amazement the person on the phone informed me that she was Susan, the owner. "The cap looked good to her and that it was mine" being that I had paid for it. I never request another cap only to have my name and number properly spaced. I will never shop here again. For those who have had a bad experience here, now you know why. My first vest I bought from here was a great deal so, my new vest had to come from Victory Leathers. I had picked it out online. Called Eddie to make sure they had one. I drive over 70 miles one way is the reason for calling. The first one I wanted was a bit tight. No problem, Eddie had a size bigger. I bought the, "Leather Vest with Buffalo Nickle Snaps", and love it. Eddie sewed on 13 patches of various sizes. It was around 11:45 when I got there and finished the complete sale and headed home around 12:25. Thank you again for doing another great job for me.

We've been using Harry Miller to fix our washers and dryers at our condo building for decades. It's difficult for me to give a 1-star review because their servicemen are terrific. However, what they're doing now leaves me speechless. Our work orders for machine repairs goes through our management company, Westward360. Westward360 manages many MANY associations and apartment buildings. There's one association that has absolutely NOTHING to do with us, that has an outstanding invoice from February and I believe it's in the low $100's. When our association called for service on a machine, Harry Miller REFUSED to come out because this other association has an outstanding invoice. They said the ONLY way they'd come out is if I (the president of the association) pays upfront. I don't have our association's checkbook onsite and all of our invoices are paid directly from Westward360. They want ME to pay out of MY pocket. I can't even fathom what Harry Miller's thinking is on this. Why in the WORLD would they punish US for something a completely different association is doing? We have absolutely ZERO to do with them. Our bills are paid on time and we have nothing outstanding with them. Now I'm looking for another appliance repair company. This isn't a difficult feat, trust me. I just can't wrap my head around why Harry Miller would rather lose our business than repair our machines and get paid.

NEVER again will we use Norman's or recommend them to anyone.
