I've been twice now and have had excellent service both times. This salon is clean and classy. First visit I got a mani pedi and both were delightful! Second time I returned with my husband for mani only. Husband's man hands were a mess with callouses and generally unkempt when we arrived. So I have been going to Bogan Nail since they opened. There has been some change in employees here and there. All I can say is that the peeps working there now have been there for a little and are awesome. I am quite picky when it comes to those who do my feet (bc they are truly truly horrible and hard to tame), but everyone there has done a great job. First and foremost, they are extremely friendly. You are greeted with a smile and feel so welcome. As you are getting your mani pedi, don't hesitate to let them know what you want. If you want a softer touch, your cuticles cleaned up a bit more, your feet buffed a bit more, just let them know. They aim to please without giving you that talk back. When you are done with your service, and your polish does not please your eyes, don't hesitate to let them know. They will repaint to satisfy. This is where I emphasize not to hesitate to let them know what you like. They will eventually learn to read your mind (because they surely can read mine now), but til then, help them to get to know you. Colors galore. I started to get the SNS nails. Loves them. They have an abundant selection of colors for the SNS, which is hard to come by. This goes for the gel nails as well. Many options and many choices. Now if you want a design on any of your nails, ask for Mimi or Michelle. Those ladies are quite artistic when it comes to that extra special touch of Picasso. Kelly is also fantastic when it comes to getting your nails clean and painting a glorious French manicure. They also offer waxing services. I have very sensitive skin and don't really like to get waxed at nail salons. But my upper lip and eyebrows are safe with these ladies. The wax they use is gentle, I have always left with my skin intact. Kelly and Mimi are my ladies for waxing. Prices are very reasonable. I think most all nail salons are pretty much the same. I got a SNS mani with regular pedi which came out to be about $56. Price, I do not mind paying for the service and after service that I get. If you have an issue with your product the next day, go back, they will fix it and make you look beautiful again. Overall, I love this place. They do a great job and are very service oriented. Now please don't look at my pics and think ill of these ladies. It is not their fault that I do not have model hands or feet. Enjoy!! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my friend had a whole ladies day planned. And this nail salon is completely disgusting with the people they hire. The nail techs talk behind your back in Viet some saying "she doesn't have the money to be so nit picky about how we do our job. her face is ugly but her friend is adorable. And her body is not perfect" But they did not know, my friend is half Viet and understands it all. And she also does nails at another salon. If you allow your employees to talk about your customers that way, then I suggest you fire them or maybe don't own the salon at all. New management and techs are needed at this place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING by the way we were treated. And the people that were all working and in their conversation. Also the quality of their work is terrible. Bogan came recommended by some friends, and we FINALLY went this weekend. I hadn't had my toes done in nearly a year and haven't been able to take care of them myself for as long. I've been in and out of the hospital with a painful and unrelenting hip problem. Mimi was so understanding and compassionate. I felt comfortable and comforted with no judgement. What a treat. Do the hot towels, omg I could go in just for that!! My husband brought in man feet, oy. They removed the extra inch of callous and he loved his tropical foot colada. I got the worst set of nails I've ever had at Bogan Nail. I got a full set of SNS and was very disappointed. The color samples that they offer are not accurate with what is on their shelves. I left with my nails chunky and bumpy. My friend who came with me left with her nails crooked. After two days, the nail on my pointer finger came off by me doing virtually nothing. Don't bother coming to this place. There are much better nail salons in the area to have to settle for Bogan Nail. read more

I went in for a mani and pedi... The girl forgot to put the clear coat on the top of my gel nails! I had to argue with her to get it right! Then on my toes the paint looks like a two year old pained them! The owner was to busy talk in her native tongue and never tried to right the wrongs! Crappy job!! Plus they kept asking to wax the tops of my feet (no thank you I can shave that). I won't be back for $79.00 for that I can drive the 30m to my regular salon not close to home! read more

Horrible experience. Don did my sns and they are horrible. Thick and lumpy. Shape was horrible. I have been getting SNS for about 10 years and have never had them removed with a emory file. Now jel yes but not SNS. I knew that is was going to be a bad experience when he started that. Told him I wanted them thin and then still had to tell him they were to thick. read more

Not what it used to be. I used to go there all the time. I took a break thinking it'll be back to the way it used to be. Wrong!!! I just went to get a pedi and it looks horrible. A 5 year old could have done a better job. She was really rough, ripped my skin off that is started to bleed and the nails are all crooked. I mean seriously ?? Never going back there again. This was the worse nail experience i've ever had. My sister and i went in and asked for SNS, we waited a total of 1 hour and 15 mins which wasnt horrible we went in on a saturday at 1 we were expecting a wait. We get started and they look fine we had a few problems and the nail tech was getting frustrated. She was filing my nails when my pinky finger nail completely came off she glued it back on as if there was no problem but you could see the blood underneath the nail. We were close to finishing and my sister was unhappy with her nails every finger looked completely different from the other, we asked the lady to take them off and she argued we ended up taking them off and she filed her nails. Her nails aren't even long enough to feel anything other than skin. My nails looked like chewed up bubble gum. We asked them to take them off she then got very violent and started filing everything including my skin. My fingernails are now very very thin and sensitive. They are the shortest they have ever been and they were bleeding while we walked out the door. We were there for a total of 3 hours, to walk out with no nails and a lot of pain. Wouldn't recommend trying this nail place out. read more

Pushy sales! Up-sell is the name of the game here. The lady did a mediocre job. She lost interest when she was unable to convince me to get the #3 (more expensive) service. Big toe was cut WAY too close, hope it doesn't turn into a fungus. Really disliked hearing these Asian ladies talk to each other and giggle in their native tongue. read more

This place has really gone downhill. I used to absolutely love this place. When they first opened, they all did a fantastic job. They've hired a lot of new people in the last year or so and it seems like some of the people who have been there for a while have gotten lazy. I've been so disappointed in the quality of their work for the past few months that I'm going to start looking for a new nail place. This past time, I had to keep making the woman touch up my pedicure because she could not seem to get the polish on right. Even after I basically had to coach her through it, my toenails still ended up looking lumpy. I could have easily done a better job painting my toes myself. If you're looking for a nail salon, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. You may get lucky and get one of the good ones, but if not, you'll end up spending a lot of money on something you could have done better yourself! read more
