My fiancé got an alcoholic drink before the game and was never asked for his ID. I went to get one after the game and was asked for mine. We visited there today. A Saturday, bowl games, and right after Christmas. We wanted to sit on the patio to watch the game, there were several tables open and we were told it wasn't open seating so they'd have to put us on the list. The hostess who had an attitude told me it'd be about ten minutes. We waited 30 minutes and watched as people came in and sat at the tables on the patio. I spoke to the manager who told me that they shouldn't be there without being seated. He told me he'd take care of it and after a few minutes he told me that there wasn't much he could do but we were next on the list. The manager then went on to tell me how they were short staffed today. I told him we were going somewhere else. He didn't offer to do anything to remedy the situation. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers I most definitely won't be back. read more

Probably not going back. Though we did have a good time bowling. The dining experience was not so great. Our server was really nice but the food did get lost in order and took about 45 minutes to get our food and they did give us 20% off which we were ok with. However, my son ordered the rib eye. They gave him a plastic knife and fork to cut it up with. We asked if they had a steak knife at least to make it a little easier. They said they didn't have any steak knifes... why have steaks on the menu if you don't have steak knifes?? He ended up giving up on the plastic ware and literally started eating it with his hands. At that point I allowed it too because we paid $22 for the rib-eye!! I wasn't going to let it go to waste! Not very satisfied at all with that. read more

Who ever was here working the front door 12/17/19 with the nose ring needs an attitude adjustment. This young lady was rude! We walked in with the intention of having others in our group all join up for lunch, but after about 5 not so friendly sarcastic ass remarks from her I was done!not for sure if I interrupted her Snapchat, or maybe selfie taking photo shoot during work hours but she was not thrilled to have to talk to someone. If you want to be treated like crap, and look to have some eye rolls directed your way stop on in to Andy Bs, you should feel right at home! Good luck!!! Not a enjoyable time. Had to sit around and wait for the bowling lanes to be fixed. Everything broke at least 4 times. The pines took ages to set and broke down and had to wait for people to come and set them back up. Then the balls got stuck all the time and had to wait a while to get it fixed. Son has a gluten allergy so we ordered him gluten free pizza. 45 minutes later waitress came out and told us all the food was ready but they didn't have any gluten free pizza. She wanted to go ahead and bring the food for the rest of us. I guess my son was supposed to watch us eat. We told her if he couldn't eat we were going to have to leave. She said she had to check with her manager who then came by, apologized, and said we could leave and only pay for the drinks which is what we did. I had an amazing experience here! We had an amazing server named DJ! He took care of us like we were family!! If you ever go ask for him! I had the American burger and it was so good! We made a reservation for the escape room online before the 30 minute drive. When we first entered the only worker in sight was helping someone at the hostess area. There were no signs telling you where to go for attractions and we ended up having to wait about 15 minutes before he was able to take us back to the escape room. Everything with the escape room went fine. We finished the escape room around 8:15 and had planned on bowling for an hour or so. According to their online hours they would be open until 10pm. We went to the desk to book a lane the employee informed us we would not be able to book a lane because they were closing early due to not being "busy enough". There were probablly 50 people in the building and all but 2 lanes were full. We informed him that we drove 30 miles to specifically come here to do an escape room and bowl. They were very unapologetic and did not seem interested in making any exceptions. They also locked the doors an hour and 45 minutes early as other customers were trying to get in- which probably would have made them more busy. We weren't interested in doing the four games at the arcade. Just wanted to let people know to call ahead and make sure they will be open as hours are obviously subject to change, unlike what their website states. read more

I wanted to give more stars as I had a fun night with my friends for my birthday but... the bartender we had was a joke! Husband ordered old fashion and strawberry mule. He stared at the notecard in front of him and still made both wrong. I left mine at the bar it was so bad. So we all order beer on the next round just to give the place more of our time. We go back to order shots some time later. He doesn't know any shots. So we tell him a Vegas bomb-easy enough. He fills all 5 shot glasses with ice.... so we proceeded to tell him in the nicest way possible that we couldn't take the shot with ice. He said fine have a hot shot then- where we also followed up asking him to simply place the ice and ingredients in a shaker to make the shot cold then pour the Redbull. Could go on and on but the best way to make the place better is to train the staff. And if they can't make drinks don't let them behind the bar. Worst Bar experience ever! read more
