My service experience here was great! Scott Stevenson was friendly and professional. The car was had a bunch of needed maintenance and was done within the time needed. They also had a shuttle service that took home and brought me back. It's free within a 10 mile radius. What prompted to write this review was my experience tonight. The service I mentioned above took place on Wednesday and tonight my check engine light went on. Chances are it has something to do with the gas cap but after multiple adjustments we couldn't get the light to go off. Although the service center had been closed for an hour Pete Lewkowicz was able to find a loaner for me. Normally I wouldn't need this but my son and I driving to MI fist thing in the morning. Chances are it would have been ok but I really appreciate they went the extra mile to loan me a car for the trip. Thanks guys!! read more

BEWARE Out-of-State Customers: I purchased a vehicle advertised on Cars.com and their website at $26,000, but after placing a deposit I was told I would be "double-taxed" unless I used dealer-arranged shipping and had it shipped to NY. I was also told I could not arrange my own shipper for half the cost. In the end, I was required to accept additional charges (window etching, paint protection, and shipping) that were not disclosed in the advertised price. After delivery, I found no evidence that the window etching I was charged for had been applied. I feel it was not only deceptive advertising, but also was charged for non-delivered goods. Based on my experience, the advertised price was not actually available without mandatory add-ons. I attempted to resolve this directly but was denied. Complaints have been filed with the Indiana Attorney General and Secretary of State, and I remain willing to resolve the matter. read more

I brought my gmc in for service as the interior temp control display wasn't functioning. The initial quote was $8,000. I picked up the vehicle with the reassurance from Bob that if I brought it back later the $200 diagnostic fee would be applied to the bill. I brought the vehicle back and they refused to apply the diagnostic fee as the issue I wanted fixed wasn't part of the initial diagnostic. I purchased a used 2013 BMW 328i xDrive from this dealership in January 2026. During my drive home, the vehicle became unstable enough that I felt unsafe continuing to drive at highway speeds. An independent mechanic later advised that the vehicle may have structural or alignment-related issues and is not safe for normal road use. I contacted the dealership to raise these concerns. The response focused solely on the vehicle being sold "as-is," without addressing whether the vehicle was roadworthy or safe at the time of sale. Took my vehicle to Andy Mohr GMC Fishers for service due to cruise control working intermittently. The advisor put the customer concern cruise control won't work so the technician got incorrect information from the advisor, Itold him that intermittently. Technician took the vehicle for a drive and the cruise control worked that time, technician questioned whether the customer knew how to use the cruise control. Paperwork that the customer signed had found p0564 stored in history. That code indicates cruise control multifunction input "a" circuit invalid so vehicle is indicating the customer concerns are correct cruise control works intermittently. Brought vehicle back in for same concern the advisor told me that the info I got from YouTube on the code above is not how to diagnose the issue and you cannot trust YouTube. I took video showing that it works sometimes and it doesn't work at times. I offered the advisor the video but he said no we don't need it. I believe this constitutes deceptive advertising because the advertised price is misleading and contingent on a trade-in, which was not clearly disclosed to potential buyers. Found a car online, it was a loaner. I normally work my transaction details out prior to finalizing in person. Sales person not real helpful. Price went way up, as apparently they decided to work numbers on a different car. There is a charge for a ceramic wax job and glass etching for security for a total of 1200 additional. If a ceramic wax job is completed properly it takes days. There is such a thing called OnStar so if your car gets stolen, you can track it as well as car insurance. Those are 1980's tactics. Sales Person kept saying when can you come in ? some people do have busy lives and a job vs dance around negotiating wax jobs so I ended up buying another car at another dealer via text just as I've done multiple times in the past. read more

VERY disappointed in "Andy Mohr" and can only hope that someone will take my warning of this dealership. Not good right from the start with the first salesman, in fact so bad that another from the dealership called me back to PLEASE let them make it good. Well, when it came to finally agreeing on a price..which they told me they would and could not honor the price listed their website...another red flag... I was told that the Ziebart protection was "mandatory" asking why I was told it was by the state. It was NOT. I now have paid for something I did not want and paid premium for the car, really no deal... and the car tires were so close to not being drivable I then had to spend another $1000 on tires. David Graves is the MVP. I came up several times and looked at the cars in the car lot to decide what kind of cars I was interested in and then I'm in an appointment to talk to him specifically. My daughter had purchased a car from this lot in from David recently And I was there for the experience. It was great! We weren't talked down to and he understood my situation and hers at the time and helped us get into a car each. I don't think that I would work with anyone else. Leroy in Finance also made this a good experience and trying to explain everything out that I had questions about. I am so far extremely happy with my experience, and thank God that the dealership was there to treat me with respect and kindness, and not just trying to get my business. I haven't had service there yet because I just got my car but I believe that everybody that I dealt with was very pleasant and upfront. Waste of time. Found a used car online and messaged. I have screenshot of the listing and how they've lowered the vehicles price over the last month of having it for sale. Called dealer and suddenly the price went up $500. There are other reviews that say this same thing!! I was told the market dictated it and they won't honor the other price nor discount at all from where they were at. I went to test drive it. Battery was dead, ok that happens...but then there was something very wrong and it literally wouldn't drive over 15mph. I barely made it around a roundabout in front of the dealer and returned. With the only stipulations that the age of the purchase price and trade in met the guidelines. So, today I had an appointment to go there with my son to purchase a car. However, now the cars are listed as $16,900 and $16,950, with no trade in. When I questioned them they said prices change. Okay, I get that. But when I said you had them listed for this amount, and the sales manager, Jeff, pointed it out to me they said they never had them advertised for that. I have been an Andy Mohr customer for over twenty years with multiple leases. My last two visits for an oil change have been very stressful. My first time was about one year ago and I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. This was my first time caring for my vehicle since my husband died. The gentleman I worked with explained that they had an "emergency " come up and my vehicle got pushed aside. He then explained that they were extremely short of help. Today I scheduled for my second oil change and also had a low air pressure signal which I asked to have looked at. The gentleman today told me I needed an alignment which I agreed to. I waited 3 1/2 hrs today! Completely unacceptable when you have an appointment. Yes, I told them about the tire issue when making my appointment. No reason for the delay was given to me today. I saw 5 people come and go while waiting on my vehicle. I was given a discount when I went to pay for my inconvenience. I was never updated during my wait. Not a good way to run a service department. I love my Terrain but really don't want to ever go back to have it serviced. Come on, you must do better! read more

Service department is an absolute joke. Didn't fix the issue and charged me $150 for a diagnostic to tell me I needed to add oil. They told me this AFTER I asked them to tell me the issue with the vehicle before doing work to assess if it was worth it. Instead, they sent me a long list of things they thought I should get done-- one of which was an oil change. Oil light was not on and I just had an oil change recently, so I declined it until they told me the problem causing hollow knocking in my engine. THEN, they waited till the following day to tell me I needed oil, charged me $150, and didn't add oil or do anything remotely helpful except say, "Well, sorry." Don't ever take your car here or buy from here. On a side note, when I first bought the car from them-- it was leaking GASOLINE IN THE ENGINE, so they had to keep it to take apart and rebuild the engine. I'll never be back here in my life. I found a '23 Blazer RS doing a web search and the pricing seemed to be in line with what other dealers had for a similar vehicle & trim. I already had a pre-approval from my bank, so I figured it would be a quick in & out visit. After a 2.5 hour drive, I walked in shortly after opening on August 10th and got paired with Matt Carver. I told him that I wanted to check out the Blazer, so he said to give him a moment while he grabbed the keys. I went out and grabbed my wife & son to take them on the test drive and came back into the lobby. Matt walked past me several times as if there were multiple 6'2, 320 pound black guys in the lobby. When I finally asked him if he was still waiting on the key, he looked shocked and that's when I realized he must have forgot what hi customer looked like (red flag #1). We went into the office and I told him that I already had a pre-approval from my bank, only to be told that I didn't have all of the info on the vehicle when I got the pre-approval, so they would have to pull my credit again (red flag #2). I knew my credit score was fine, but was kind of shocked that they never asked for a check stub or anything to verify my income. I stepped away to o to the restroom while they were processing the app and when I got back to the office, my wife said that Matt was looking for me because we thought I could get a better rate since my score was 800, so I thought no big deal until the finance office said that my bank came back with a rate over 1% higher than my pre-approval. Then the lender that "approved me lowered the interest rate" because of the service contract that I added to the purchase? I went through with the purchase because it was still a good deal and when I asked Matt about the second key for the vehicle, he stated that the service guy had it and he would overnight it to me. After multiple texts, calls, emails and promises of "I'll send you the tracking tomorrow", I sit here on August 27th still with no second key. Matt texted me a photo of the key on top of some paperwork where he said that he was sending it out on Monday the 26th. Thankfully, I zoomed in on the photo because he had a Fishers zip code on his paperwork and I live in Elkhart. Had my car towed there after the engine shut down in the middle of the road and having to push it to the side. They kept it two days and couldn't find the problem. I have a dash cam that showed they drove it around the parking lot twice. After calling multiple times and not being able to get ahold of my advisor Matt I felt no other option but to pick up my busted Buick. Only to get stranded on the interstate in the fast lane. Then having to be rescued by police and police towing. Had it towed back to Andy Mohr. After a week of it being there they finally found the problem with my car breaking down but they didn't fix the AC or the tire sensors. Horrible communication, liars and they don't fix your problem. Determined that it was due to repaired wheels. They would not fix this either. Next day they said they would drop the Zebart charge. So I asked for a final price. After a few hours I was informed that the price had increased since I drove the car the night before by $840. I checked the website after this supposed price increase and the price had not changed. Bought 2015 GMC Sierra Yesterday- Told them I was driving to Chicago next day. Sales guy was great. Truck completely died on me in the morning in Chicago (15 hours after driving off the lot) and stranded me. $400 later with a tow and new battery I'm on my way home after being extremely late to meetings. I guess battery isn't covered in the 45 days after purchase l. I understand "as is" but think as much as it costs - it should have an operable battery and not go out under the first 15 hours of going off the lot. Bought my dream car from this auto dealership. Overall a pretty easy experience, typically it takes hours and hours and car dealers have a lot of fees and added costs. Not the experience I had though, everything went pretty quickly and negotiated a reasonable price for a new Tahoe. We were even able to come to an agreement about what needed checked or fixed upon purchase to get it into great shape as I got it home. Got a protection plan to help with any other unforeseen issues in the future that may happen with a big SUV like this. The staff was inviting and the car salesman I had was nice and polite when helping me thru the process. Glad I was able to find a dealer in the area to get me the exact SUV I wanted. Tech at some point broke glove box in multiple places when changing cabin air filter in my retired mother's Buick Verano. Reinstalled glove box in a way where you wouldn't know until you went to change the cabin air filter. They said that they won't help us because we "trashed" them on social media by leaving this 100% accurate review. He was a very nice guy but it was frustrating having to wait 30 minutes just to get the keys. We were told that the car was in Tip-Top shape as the test drive showed there was no check engine light and the ride was pretty smooth. Next, after buying the car we realized it indeed never even had an oil change which they said it already had. So we had to schedule another time to come in and change the oil. Every time they call, they call me by a completely incorrect name. So now it's the next day owning the car and I started it and here's a check engine light. I take it to a completely different dealership to have it checked out lo and behold there are a ton of problems with it. Not only is there something wrong with the engine but also the GPS didn't work. When they went to do an update, it bricked the entire radio system meaning there was no radio, control of engine performance, climate control, or anything else. We get the car back without the radio control meaning we can't control the heat or cold, and now there's another check engine light for something completely different. So all in all, if you're going to buy a car from this place, do yourself a great justice and get it looked at by a third party mechanic.
