The drive wasn't very enjoyable but the people who were working there were very helpful and…read morerespectful. Being the first time I had ever been to a place like this. I didn't know what to expect. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Overall, a pretty good experience. The staff were friendly, and the prices were cheap. It looks…read morelike they have a pretty broad selection, although they didn't have any Honda Elements (which I think are more rare). Now I know it's in the name, but just know that you will have to take the part off the scrap vehicle out in the yard. So some basic wrenching knowledge is needed. I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.

UPDATE: They remedied the issue rather quickly, and I'm happy that they did. They reached out to me…read moreimmediately, as soon as they saw my review Monday morning. I was still very upset about the whole situation, so I wasn't really interested in talking about it, but I explained a bit about what had happened. They realized that their associates at the branches I dealt with were incorrect. They sent me the difference of what they have me initially (~$550) and what the car sold for at auction, $1,200. So they sent me a check for ~$650. FedEx expressed it to my door. So I was very satisfied with their resolution, and agreed to update my review accordingly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I feel swindled right now. Called earlier this week for a quote on my recently deceased mother's car. I told them everything about it, what was wrong, recent replacements, etc. I was quoted approximately $1400. I get the car towed, at my expense, to their location today, they look at it, then tell me it's only worth $500. I tried to give them the receipts for recent replacements and repairs, but that apparently doesn't matter. Since I had no choice, the car was already towed there, I begrudgingly took the offer. But I'm really not happy with my experience. I left feeling like I was taken advantage of in a time of desperation. I had an offer of $1500 from CarMax already, but I wanted to give my business to a local company. Serves me right. Won't do that again. I just found my mother dead, in our home, right before Christmas, I'm the only person who can wrap up her affairs, and now I'm out $1000 that I was expecting to help me though this process. And I already dumped a few hundred dollars of money I don't have into this car to try and fix it so that it was in good shape to sell. What a waste. Not good business, in my opinion, and I'm in sales myself. I would never do that to one of my customers. Sellers beware of this place.
