After discovering this place a while back. I had to go try it again and see if it was just as good as the first time I came. Andy, the owner is a very friendly guy who's always willing to make sure your order is right and you get taken care of correctly. He also has great customer service and treat you like you wanna be treated when you're out dining. The tacos on taco Tuesday night are $1.50 and a great value and you can still take your Family out on a cheap budget at this place & have some good taco's. This is a taco truck so there is no seating but for the price definitely worth going to check this place out if you ever in Westminster California. The vibe there is very chill friendly and always a good time. Thanks Andy for the great customer service & the great food.

I've recently found my new favorite local burrito joint with Andys taco truck. Ive tried both the carne asada burrito and al pastor burrito. For $9, the burrito is a good size, sometimes eating half is good enough for me. It may looks small? but dont let the size fool you, its pack with rice, beans, cheese and meats. A period of time, I getting the burritoa few times a week in a span of 3 weeks. The red sauce is my go to sauce, it is kind of spicy. $9 for a bomb burrito, I cant complain.

Wow! Some of the best tacos I've had around here. Such a great price for all that flavor and they definitely are generous with the portions.

Some of the best street tacos I've had in a while! The food is affordable and they have everything from tacos to mulitas to tortas to nachos! Their lengua tacos are my favorite while their al pastor quesadilla is a close 2nd. They get the food out quickly so even if there's a line, it won't take too long. For ambiance, well it's parked kind of in a random spot near a neighborhood but they do set up a bit of shade and a few stools for customers. I'll be sure to make this a pit spot whenever I'm in town.

I've been coming here since Andy first started with his original taco truck, and it's been amazing to watch his business grow over the years. It's awesome to see all of his hard work pay off with a brand new upgraded truck and now even a second location in Huntington Beach. Seeing a local business succeed like this makes me even happier to keep coming back. My go-to order is the Papa Loca with both Al Pastor and Asada, it's packed with flavor, generous portions, and always hits the spot. My all time favorite taco is the Chicharrón. It's crispy, flavorful, and a must try if it's your first time visiting. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and everyone is friendly, making it a great place to grab a meal and support a local business. Another nice upgrade is that they now accept credit cards and Apple Pay, making it even more convenient to order. If you're looking for authentic tacos made with quality ingredients and served with great customer service, I highly recommend checking them out. Congratulations to Andy and the team on all of their success. I can't wait to keep coming back!

First of all, the customer service was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain the different meats and gave us options on what to order. We ended up ordering a carne asada quesadilla, Al pastor tacos, quesadillas fritas una agua de piña y una de horchata everything was delicious, but my favorite were the deep fried quesadillas. They were crunchy on the outside soft and gooey on the inside the salsa Roja is spicy, but it has so much flavor to it that Horchata was rich and flavor and refreshing and the hour de Peña was not too sweet just right definitely recommended good food affordable price. Great customer service.

If you're craving authentic street tacos, Andy's Taco Trunk is definitely worth checking out! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made to order. Al Pastor Tacos - Juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness from the pineapple. Carne Asada Tacos - Tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Lengua Taco - Incredibly tender and rich with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Al Pastor Fries - Crispy fries loaded with flavorful al pastor, cheese, crema, and all the toppings. Pineapple Agua Fresca - Refreshing, light, and the perfect pairing with the tacos. Don't miss their July 18 Taco Event! They're offering $1 tacos, making it the perfect time to stop by and try a variety of their menu. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

$1.50 tacos in OC... yeah you read that right!! come check out @andys_truck where they serve affordable and delicious tacos, burrito, quesadilla, mulitas, and torta with so many different kind of meat from, al pastor, cabeza, carne asada, pollo & more !! !! soo good~ Everything we have was super flavorful, juicy, and honestly such a steal for the price.

6/19/26, took my kid and went here on Friday lunch time for him to try the $1 tacos but it's increased to $1.50. Which is still not bad, they took all the $1/taco signs off the truck and prices on the menu also took off. Services are still the same, nice & friendly...I think it's the couple's truck so they are very taking well care to their customers, very appreciative of that. The foods are still the same, great & tasty, especially for the prices. There are several chairs for you to enjoy the foods right on the spot under the sky (whether it's sunny or at night). Glad I stopped by and glad they're still here.

Stopped by after seeing a random food truck after visiting Asian Garden Mall since my son hadn't ate. Ordered the 3 tacos combo plate which he chose asada, chicharron, and al pastor that came with rice and beans for $10.50 total. He said the tacos were all kind of mid and lacked flavor. He also mentioned the rice and beans were the highlight of the meal. I can't attest to anything since I didn't try.

Where else can you find $1 tacos?! Happened to stumble upon this hidden gem while having a foodie adventure in Westminster. Ordered the cabeza, lengua, asada, and adobada. All were delicious and for only $4?? Can't beat it!! Would definitely come back

Has onion cilantro mix when I said only meat !! And I had already taken out some of it because there was a whole lot more .

I love coming to Andy's taco truck but lately since he hasn't been there service is horrible these past 2 times I have order they get my order wrong . Today they got my order wrong I asked tacos with no onion cilantro mix only the meat and once again the put it on. Secondly my second order wad 2 carnitas 1 chicharrón and instead got 1 asada 1 carnitas 1 chorizo !! Hopefully Andy gets back soon because the wait time is very long as well too, even if you order over the phone .

Ask the Community - Andy’s Taco Truck

I went on the weekend and it was $2.00 per taco. Is it cheaper on other days such as the weekday? When is it $1.00?

They don't have $1.00 tacos anymore. The pictures advertise it and it says it on the truck but when you go to pay there is a handwritten sign saying "The price of tacos has gone up."

Sometimes they'd be there, sometimes they'd move, sometimes they'd get shut down by the cops lol. Now they've upgraded to a truck and have actual hours, so definitely check their Instagram before heading over because they post their schedule and specials there too. The tripas extra crispy are FIRE. That's easily my favorite thing here and what keeps me coming back. I usually get tripas and asada, then occasionally switch it up with pastor. The asada is good, pastor is okay, but extra-crispy tripas is the move for me. One thing that puts this place higher on my taco list is the sauces. I actually like all three of them, and not every taco spot can say that. Give me good meat AND good sauces and I'm happy. They keep the menu pretty simple but have things like nachos, quesadillas, burritos and different specials. I've seen $5 tortas and discounted tacos depending on the day. Their aguas frescas have consistently been good too. They used to be cash only, which wasn't exactly a problem considering you're literally standing in front of Bank of America lol, but they take Zelle now too. My only question mark is the portion since moving into the truck. On my most recent visit, it seemed like I got noticeably less meat on my tacos than I used to. I've been here enough times without that problem that I'm not holding one visit against them yet, so we'll see if that was just a fluke. Grab your cilantro, onions and sauces and you're good to go. I've been back plenty of times and I'll keep coming back. Extra-crispy tripas, all three sauces and an agua fresca -- that's my order.

There's 3 people ahead of me. Jackpot, right? Wrong. They move so slow that a line forms behind me anyway. 15 minutes later I finally order: 2 carne asada, 2 al pastor to go, onion + cilantro on the side, salsa included. $2.65 each, FYI. Get home, crack open the foil, and... are these tacos for ants? I'm not crazy, so I did what any rational adult does: pulled out a food scale. Three tacos, weighed the meat. All came in at _under 1 oz_. Normal tacos run 1.5 oz. These are missing a full half-ounce of dignity. I usually need 2-3 bites per taco. These? One bite. I tested it. Slid right in like a communion wafer. Flavor? Aggressively mid. Carne asada tasted like it gave up halfway through cooking. Pastor was just... there. Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Like a beige PowerPoint slide. Sides? Salsa bar? Pickled onions, grilled jalapeños, radishes? Nah. This place is a desert. You get foil, meat confetti, and the crushing realization that $2.65 bought you disappointment. Now I know why the line died. Taquería Mexico isn't even phoning it in -- they hung up. Orange County really is the undisputed champion of mid tacos. I live 1 mile from the LA County line and I'm forced to cross it like a taco refugee. Sad, because I _want_ to support brick-and-mortar spots. But not when they're actively shrinking my dinner. Giving them 3 stars on Yelp because I was raised right. Real score: 4.8/10. The pics on their site are pure fiction from 2012. Don't believe me? I took a pic of the meat on my scale as evidence. CSI: Taco Division. Do better, Taquería Mexico. This is shameful.

I will say the truck itself is placed at a pretty dark corner of the street with some transient people nearby. Just an observation, nothing to do with the food or service. The service was fast and everything went smoothly when ordering, this place takes card if you don't have any cash. I ordered 1 al pastor burrito, 3 lengue tacos, 1 pastor taco, 2 tripas, and 2 cabeza. The order took about 10 minutes to complete even though I was the only customer. The self service bar had everything you needed, 4 separate sauces, cilantro, onion, radish, cucumber, limes, and pickled onions, jalapenos, and habaneros. I took it to go to eat at home and after the 10 minute drive and walk into my apartment everything was still super hot and smelt amazing. The pastor is some of the best I've had in a while, super flavorful and juicy. The lengue was tender, the cabeza almost had a tallow flavor, and the tripas was crispy. All excellent choices in my book. The sauces were spicy, however, in a blind taste test I don't think I could distinguish between any of them. Visually they were distinct but the flavor profiles were all very similar. Still good salsas overall, but if you're a diehard verde vs roja kinda person there really wasn't a difference in my opinion. Definitely worth trying out, hard to stand out too much with the multitude of taco shops/trucks around, but a good choice overall. Al Pastor has to be the highlight of the meat choices. Also Tuesday they offer 1.50 on a select choice of meats. For 1 burrito and 8 tacos my order came out to a little over 33 with tax, good bang for your buck.
