A bit of back story...my car window shattered twice and the first time Safelite fixed it via my insurance company. Just a few months later the same window shattered again...my teenage son attempted to open it gently. I witnessed this. My hunch is that it wasn't put in properly. Why would it shatter from regular use just a few months later? My insurance company reopened a claim with Safelite and they were very resistant. It was clear that they didn't want to stand by their warranty. At this point I had zero faith and no trust that they would be above board if given the opportunity to assess their own work on my car...and afterall I'm not an expert. How could I verify what Safelite would tell me was true or not. I'm glad that I followed my instincts. Told my insurance company that I would seek a different shop and take my chances. Freddy and the team at AAG dismantled the door and confirmed my suspicisions. Multiple errors had been made by Safelite and any one of the errors standing on their own could've shattered the window. But that there were three things wrong it was inevitable.
