Needed to replace a rear passenger window. I called ahead to confirm if they had the window in stock and to see if they had time. I was able to make an appointment for an hour later. I arrived and checked in. The service took around 30 min give or take, and it was so cheap I couldn't believe it. $159 for the window and install which was so needed given this is the 4th time replacing a window due to the lovely bipping culture that goes without consequence. Very disappointing experience with the windshield replacement and ADAS camera issue. I went to this shop to have my windshield replaced. Initially, they installed a windshield that was not the one I expected, and this was done without clearly explaining it to me or getting my approval beforehand. I later had them replace it again with a Fuyao windshield. After the windshield replacement, I started having problems with the vehicle's forward-facing camera/ADAS system. The warning lights came on. I returned to the shop, and I was told that they had "recalibrated" the camera and the warning went away. Unfortunately, the warning came back again after about a day and a half. What is especially frustrating is that I was told the camera had been recalibrated, but I was not given a calibration report or a clear explanation of what equipment or procedure was actually used. I don't want the warning simply cleared from the computer; I need the underlying problem properly diagnosed and the camera properly calibrated. The windshield itself was $165 and labor was $189. Given the additional ADAS issues that appeared after the windshield replacement, I expected much clearer communication about the camera calibration and what was actually included in the service. I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly recommend that customers with vehicles equipped with ADAS cameras ask very specific questions about calibration before having their windshield replaced. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and improve its communication and handling of ADAS-related windshield replacements. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Shoddy workmanship and they lie about their supposed "lifetime" warranty. They replaced my windshield 2 years ago. Recently the rubber seals started coming loose and when I drive on the freeway it sounds like someone is taking a hammer to my car's roof. So I call to see if they'll reseal it, and mention their lifetime warranty. To which they say, "It's only a 1 year warranty, and it only covers parts." Now check out their website, because it literally says lifetime warranty and details that they'll cover this. So now they're saying I have to pay them more just so they can fix their bad job. If they're not gonna stand by their work, and worse they'll lie to you about it, you're better of going someplace else. You're not gonna save money coming here when you end up having to pay again to get it redone. Pros : They were able to fit me in their schedule right away. I needed to remove the front window tints for a ticket that I had received. But the price was also affordable, I was in and out in 20 min. Con's : In the process of removing the window tint I seen them clean off the old adhesive residue but didn't get all of it along the window edges. Unfortunately for me, I've needed their services multiple times my last review, including replacing a very large windshield for my high top sprinter van. I was sure they wouldn't have it available when I called, but they managed to get me in that very same day and had my van done and ready to go back work within a couple hours at a much more affordable price than I'd been quoted by other companies. This place absolutely blew away my expectations for their service. I called over the phone and spoke with the super friendly owner Mr. Singh. I explained to him the issue with my 2004 infiniti G35 and he gave me a quote instantly! The price he gave beat any other shop that I called (I called 4 prior and quotes were 400+). Once I arrived, I was instantly greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. After talking and getting a in person quote, it only took 2 minutes for them to pull my car in and start working on it. The technician, Frankie, was able to diagnose the car in literally 5 minutes and explained to me that the window motor had went bad. Mr. Singh then gave me an official quote of 130$!!!! This beat almost every other shops price by more than double. While they were working on the car, I explained to Mr. Singh that I was also interested in window tint which they also specialize in! He happily showed me their options and even recommended what percentage to get for different types of driving. After 30 minutes, the car was finished and I was absolutely blown away at how efficient and professional this shop was. I was honestly expecting there to be slight damage on the door card but there was absolutely zero damage and looked like it was new. When my employee spoke out about it, they insisted it was repaired. I as the owner had to call them and complain. I exchanged messages with somebody via your yesterday have a name of Raj and he gave me a price. Then when I called a different person spoke to me and he was anything but helpful although he was not very knowledgeable and he honored the discounted price and give me a further discount on the service. . He went on to give me an appointment for 9 AM today. We arrived 20 minutes earlier and it was three cars ahead of us and he serviced all three cars for Forrest even though we had an appointment and two of them did not jerry. I was discouraging that they did not acknowledge me while I was waiting even after I had mentioned that we had a 9 AM appointment. Big waste of time and money! The misogyny which I experienced at this establishment is concerning. Not sure, if they really want to make profits based on the treatment of women. Perhaps, if you bring a brother or uncle service would be ideal but that was not the case for someone like me, that knows nothing about car window replacements. The front desk person is also the same person that answers the calls, provides quotes, and orders the widow replacements the "manager". When I first called for the quote, the front desk man asked for all my car information; make, year, model, and even VIN number. I, pass over this information as requested. The day of my installation, my very first question for the "manager" is, if its the correct window? He assures me that the window fits my car. Carlos the person doing the actual installation tells me the window does not fit my vehicle but still manages to install and charge me. They ask me to go home with the incorrect window and await the correct one. Trial number two, the "manager" goes on to tell me that he has to order the window from New Mexico because its not made here. In addition, it will cost way more and take a week to arrive. I'm not really sure why he did not do this in the first place. After so much back and forth, I asked for a return and refund since the window was not the RIGHT one. Took my business else where, come to find out Low Price Auto Glass Richmond further damaged my car by breaking parts of the interior where the screws are to secure the window. They forced multiple windows to make fit and broke parts of the interior. The dishonesty is disgusting. The part they broke had to be ordered from the dealer and then paid to be installed. I came for a windshield replacement and the whole placement was wrong wind gets in you can hear it when I'm driving, they scratched my car and told me I needed detail anyway!? The owner was so rude when I called to let him know the cover on my sensor was broken he said there's nothing he can do about it, seems like they tried to glue it back in place but it fell off while I was driving EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS.
