I called Saturday morning around 9; they had the window in stock and were able to schedule me for noon-ish the same day. Joseph called ahead of time to let me know he'd be there around 12:30, beat that estimate by a few minutes, and had the window fixed inside of a hour at about 30% less than Safelight quoted me. He also vacuumed out as much glass as he could, and made a point of recommending I give the toddler car seats another pass, since it was challenging to get it all out of the carpet and fabrics.
