I'd love to give zero. Like 40 minutes in the drive thru only to pull up to the window and rudely told "CLOSED!" We were apparently the cut off. Here's an idea Andy's sometime prior to close someone goes out there and puts up a sign after the last car they are going to serve. could have given zero stars for service and POS staff. food is 5 stars: Just ordered sundae from Andy's at 95th street. The person who took the order and ringed us didn't take the order correctly- we asked for extra pecans. When I asked for what I wanted, he asked us to pay additional charges and we did. He then made a rude statement that sounded like he is schooling us how to order. I told him it's rude and inappropriate to talk to a customer. He then said "ok man". This place is awesome. This brand new location is just up the street from my house so I checked it out a couple days after it opened over the Holidays. Was met by a friendly female associate who took my order for two pints of BRCC...and told me to proceed to the window to pay and pick up my order. By far the worst malts in the industry. They're always super thin and there's huge chunks of strawberries in the bottom, that you can't use a straw on, so you're basically drinking some chunky strawberry milk. I'm disappointed with my experience at this location. Tonight, I ordered two concretes, and both were made incorrectly. The Triple Chocolate concrete ended up being chocolate cookie dough, and the Cookie Casanova concrete had two, small, rock hard pieces of cookie in it. My container was only 3/4 full too.
