We wanted to split a cup, so we simply asked for an extra cup. We were told there by a girl there would be a $1 charge for the additional cup. I refused because, honestly, charging a dollar just to provide an extra cup felt ridiculous. Then we asked for just a small plastic cup and were told that would also be $1. At that point, I thought, "Why don't you use the tip I just gave you to cover it?" I could understand $.10-.20 Maxx but $1!!!! It's about the principle and how you make customers feel. If the goal is to make up for the economy by over--charging repeat customers for every little thing, remember that customers are dealing with the economy too. There are reasonable ways to cut costs without nickel-and-diming your regular customers. The attitude by this girl is not the greatest to start with. After being a customer more than twice a week, this experience was enough for us to take our business elsewhere. You don't keep loyal customers by making them feel like they're being over--charged for every little thing. Nothing lasts forever, especially if treated like this! Running out of one item is understandable, but being out of bananas, napkins, and paper towels all at the same time shows a lack of basic preparation. When I asked about the missing items, an employee's explanation was, "We got skipped last week." If that's true, they had an entire week to purchase essential supplies instead of leaving customers without basic necessities. To make matters worse, the staff was significantly behind on fulfilling orders for customers inside the store, yet the drive-thru remained open, which only seemed to make the delays worse. This location appears to be poorly managed. Cleanliness, stocking basic supplies, and serving customers efficiently should be the minimum standard. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this experience was extremely disappointing.

The store was clean and bright, but service was surprisingly slow considering we were the only people there at the time. Two of our four cookies were also broken while being put into the box. I want to give them a slight pass since the cookies are served warm and are pretty delicate, but it was still a bit annoying, especially considering the four-pack cost $21.56. And that's really my biggest gripe; more than $5 per cookie is honestly outrageous and EXTREMELY hard to justify, even for a specialty dessert shop IMO. That said, we still really enjoyed them and think they're much better than Crumbl. I'd absolutely eat them again; I just wouldn't make a habit of it at that price.

The parking lot is a bit chaotic but they do have a few 15 min parking spots right out front to help with that since folks are usually coming and going. We walked in and took a few minutes took look through the menu, when we went to order we were told 2 of the 3 flavors were out and we would need to wait 15 minutes for it. We decided to wait since that way it would be extra fresh and yummy. There was only one person and he really wasn't thrilled to be there and you can tell in the tone of his voice not only to us but to everyone working. It got pretty busy after dinner so I get it but it was a bit off putting just listening. After about 20 minutes or so we got our cookies and it was delish! I almost wish we got more because the cookies didn't even make it home! Overall, a delicious experience!
