I come here at least once a week! I'm obsessed with how cute the place is and their amazing biscoff chai latte! I don't remember her game but the barista is always so sweet to me and she always makes my drink perfectly even when I ask her to make a cold foam she's never made before! I do feel is a little pricey when it comes to the bakery and sweet items but they are very tasty so when I have a great day I reward myself with one of their cake jars or mini cheesecakes and those are also amazing! read more

I went to this location because I didn't like the selection at the Winfield location. It looked like yesterday's product that didn't sell, and I got there right when they opened. But, I am reviewing the Lombard location. The selection was good and fresh, although some of their items are a bit pricey. I ordered cake pops, brownies, and a chocolate chip cookie. The sales person was pleasant and quick. This store is their biggest store, and they feed the Winfield and Schaumburg stores. They make their pastries at this location, so you'll probably get the freshest selection at the Lombard location. I had bought a gift card from Costco for Sweet Reserve. I admit if I hadn't bought it, and received a discount at Costco for it, I probably would not have noticed the store. It's in a small strip mall on Roosevelt road which has hundreds of strip malls off the road. The store itself is clean and well kept. It does have a limited selection of products but they were all pretty good. The brownies are very frudgey, just the way I like them. The cake pops are sweet, but a little dry. The cookie has a lot of chips in them. Overall, I liked the place. read more

My highlight is that they have booths. Plenty of tables and seating. Good menu options for lattes, iced, hot, espresso, etc. Reasonable priced and they have 20oz coffee. The service was nice as the girl was kind but she didn't seem to understand me well and she didn't know if the coffee was Turkish or not. Therefore, I ordered an Americano with their homemade pistachio sauce. It was a nice beverage. I also ordered a Turkish bread with ground beef. It too was delicious, hot and fresh. We stopped by after dinner to get dessert and coffee. The place is very cute and clean. We tried the Keylime card and that is leches cake in a cup as well as hibiscus tea and the white chocolate latte. The cake and a cup was in the runny. I didn't care too much for it, but the key was perfect! The girl that attended us was very patient and very informative and great with everyone that walked in. I want to say Thank You to Sweet Reserve, I have been a regular here for the last 30 days as I study for the Bar Exam. This place has stellar pastries, and I've fallen in love with the Shaken Espresso. I have sampled many of the items in the bakery case, do not miss out on the cookie butter cheese cake or the Dubai Choclate Brownie. The savory food items are delicious. The balsalmic glaze twisted bread is my favorite. For a morning savory treat you can not go wrong with the Quiche. I also want to say, the atmosphere is so quiet and a great place to study. I have spent hours in this establishment, the comfortable seating in the benches was just what I needed for long hours of studying. First time to Sweet Reserve was a a success! The shop is set up in a way that makes is easy to work from a laptop or meet up with a group. I got the spinach feta Turkish bread. It was delicious. They do make it fresh so it'll take 8-10 mins to heat up. I got one of their special chias and it was delicious! If you're following GPS directions it may tell you to go to the center next door and drive around back. I'm not sure why but just ignore! This place had been on my Yelp list to try for sometime. Positives Plenty of parking as it's located in a strip mall Long hours. So many bakeries have short hours. They are even open in the evening. This new bakery taking over Chicagoland is a MUST! Some of the most delicious and unique pastries and breads! They have multiple locations, but I went to the Lombard one recently and LOVED IT! They even have cold and hot drinks, although I did not try a drink during my visit. I got their galub Juman cheesecake which was amazing! they also had a delicious saffron and rose infused tres leches cake and it was to die for! Cute bakery located in a strip mall. The place was busy but we were able to get a large table and chairs to fit us all on a Saturday night. Multiple different options from the Bakery but our favorite was the ras malai tres leches. The gulab jamun cheesecake was still missing some sweetness. We were driving down the road and saw this bakery! It has bright purple lights visible from the road. My husband loves bakeries so we stopped in to check this place out. Ann and Tess assisted us with our order and were very kind and professional. They have tiramisu, cupcakes, mini jar cakes, full size cakes, macarons, danish, coffee drinks... and more The prices are a little high but well worth every penny. We split the tiramisu and a raspberry cheese danish. The Tiramisu was so rich and the danish was sweet and sour and very tasty we loved them both! It was the perfect melt in your mouth texture! My very good friend who lives in Elk Grove Village took me yesterday to (her words) the BEST bakery anywhere around! I had my doubts (I LOVE lattes and have great bakeries near where I live) OMG I was so very very very pleasantly surprised! We went to the one on Roselle Rd and the latte was to die for; I had the tomato and basil bread which was amazing! And we shared a Mango cheesecake that was sooooo tasty and delicious there r no words to describe it! I told the very friendly clerk that I was born in Cuba and I used to eat mangoes (my grandmother had a mango tree in her back yard) as many as I wanted ripe and full of flavor and the mango cheesecake took me back to my island when I used to sit under the mango tree happily eating a mango! I LOVED the place, the food, the friendly staff! I'll return over and over again BUT I do want to go to the one in Lombard which is closer to me! Wonderful bakery! It's still a great place to get desserts and I love how aesthetically pleasing they are. I would recommend going on a weeknight. This time I ordered gluten free chocolate torte, passion fruit cheesecake slice, key lime tart, and kashmiri chai. Everything was palatable. Gluten free chocolate torte was smooth and just a small amount of richness. You don't want it to be too rich, otherwise you'll feel full faster. What an adorable and delicious bakery! The location couldn't be more perfect - it's tucked away in a strip right off the road with parking all in front. The first thing I noticed is this bakery is CLEAN. I mean right when you enter you're hit with the aroma of fresh baked goods and the sight of white, spotless tables with plants on the wall. There's so much room to sit inside, I absolutely love it. They have booths for days and a wall of old fashioned whisks which is a creative touch. The desserts here are unique, decadent, rich, sweet, and flavorful. I got the lavender cardamom latte and it was not too sweet, hot, and rich. The service here is impeccable; they were all so helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be awko when you're the only one in a shop with a bigger staff *cue the silence when you walk into an empty store*, but this was not the case at Sweet Reserve. You will be greeted with a smile here and helped right away. Lots of people were also picking up cakes and other orders constantly during my time here. The kids wanted creme brulee, and this bakery was the closest to where we were for it! It was tasty! We also ordered a few macarons (we liked the snicker one a lot), a double chocolate torte (wasn't a big fan - it was sweet and very chocolatey), and flan (family fave). Hahaha place was super cute with about 4 white booths and white tables which makes the place look and feel so clean! Staff was very nice and super sweet. The barista was friendly and we need more baristas like her in the world. I got the Butterscotch bread pudding, Pistachio Tres Leches cake jar, ferrero brownie and the iced hazelnut latte with oat milk. Every single thing was delicious! I came here for an event, I stayed for the dessert. Cake jars: I initially wanted to try the red velvet cake, as it is one of my favorite types of cake, but the gentleman behind the counter recommended I try one of the others which were not common flavors at other bakeries. It had some tartness from the raspberry which contrasted in a complimentary way to the sweetness of the cake. 5/5 Farrero brownie: it was decadent but not too sweet. The brownie itself was thick, the inside was soft while the outside had a thin crispness to it. It was perfect. Probably one of my favorite brownies. 5/5 The butterscotch bread pudding: I took one bite and knew my boyfriend would love it. I brought it home to him and he loved it. For me, this is a tad too sweet, but it was still great. For me: 3/5, for my boyfriend 5/5 The hazelnut latte: not sweet, which I was grateful for. It was very coffee flavor forward with a hint of hazelnut from the syrup. Yum. 4/5 The passion fruit cheesecake: Okay, hands down, this is the best passion fruit cheesecake ever! Passion fruit is my favorite fruit because of its sweet and tart nature. This cheesecake is more like slice of mousse, it was heavenly. It reminded me of the passion fruit mango mousse tea cake I used to get at a Japanese tea garden. Thanks to Yelp, I found this gem while in the area for work. The gentleman at the counter greeted me warmly upon my entry and described all the beautiful sweet treats available. They're a halal bakery as well! I love the way this place was decorated, so chic and stylish. The old fashioned hand mixers lit up with changing colored lights was my favorite feature! I ordered a sampler of four individual cheesecake bites, two cute fall cookie samplers and a kiwi refresher for my ride home. The refresher was perfect, lightly sweet with a bit a of needed caffeine for my drive. The treats were delicious and beautiful! I would love to rate this place a 100/5 if possible honestly this is a true HIDDEN JEM! We were looking for a Sunday treat and walked into the most amazing bakery! We enjoyed macaroons, and cheesecake, and sticky buns, and lattes. It blew our expectations out of the water by miles! While we sat down to enjoy our snacks they offered us a free sample of the fruit cheesecake and pistachio latte, which were another amazing pair of snacks! Such a wonderful place! Went here randomly after Chi Tea and was so pleasantly surprised by the variety of foods, the decor, and the service. This is a French style pastry bakery but run by Pakistanis, so in addition to your regular sweets/pastries you have things like Ras Malai Tres Leches cake, Ras Malai and Gulab Jaman macarons, Gulab Jaman cheesecake, and more. We tried the Nutella cheesecake which was the perfect medium density (not too heavy!). They also serve coffee but also CHAI (!) and kashmiri chai. Both were fantastic. You can also get custom cakes and reserve sweets ahead -- we came late in the evening and many of their popular desserts were sold out. It's also just a very well decorated cafe. Would be a great place to study or meet up with friends. There's Moroccan inspired woodwork all around, mirrors that make the space feel very open, and spacious private booths. My dad and I decided to check out The Sweet Reserve Bakery on a whim after having lunch in the area. Upon entering, we noticed how clean and spacious it was! There is plenty of seating to choose from such as booths, small, and larger tables. There are mirrors covering a few walls with further gives the bakery a more spacious feeling. The girl working the counter could have been friendlier. She did not greet us when we entered and they were not busy at all, so I will knock off one star for service. My dad and I got lattes and agreed that they were pretty good - nothing extraordinary but solid. I also appreciated how they offer non-dairy milk alternatives, since I usually opt for oat milk whenever it is available. As for sweet treats, we got the Ferrero brownie, which tasted exactly like the chocolate of its namesake. It was decadent and rich - so delicious and perfect paired with our lattes. We took home the almond croissant to eat the next day, and it was flaky and had just the right amount of almond crunch and sweetness. We took home two cake jars, red velvet and raspberry white chocolate for my mom and brother to have. They both loved the flavors and were impressed by how moist the cakes were!
