Andy's is a local favorite, so we order from there pretty often, and the pizza is always great! Usually my fiancé picks up our order, but yesterday I ordered delivery while I had a friend over. The confirmation email said my order would be ready at 9:58, but I guess it was finished earlier because I heard the delivery driver knocking at 9:46 while I was out in my garage. When I answered the door, I apologized and asked if he had been waiting long, and he replied, "Yeah, I've BEEN knocking," before storming back to his car. I was a little confused by the attitude since I never got a text, phone call, or any other notification that he had arrived. I was also under the impression that prepaid, tipped orders were usually just left at the door. Deep dish was two thin crusts on top of each other, more of a hand tossed pizza. The edge you could see the two separate pizzas, and this was doughy and undercooked. Called in to ask about if I really picked up a "deep dish pizza" and let them know it was not completely cooked, the employee said it was two thin crusts on top of each other, and no further questions. Take out order: Shrimp Alfredo, a small salad came with it and 2 slices of garlic toast. I wanted spaghetti with meatballs, but they only had meat sauce. My Husband really should've asked me, but he thought I would like the shrimp Alfredo. No, I didn't. The sauce was ok, but the shrimp were so tiny. They give you a few pieces and it was a disappointment to me. Even the broccoli was really tiny. I'm not a big eater, but this was unacceptable. I did check the views on Yelp, but decided to give them a try. The side salad was fresh and the toast was delicious. Maybe the spaghetti with meat sauce is delicious, and they aren't skimpy with the meat sauce. I might try again, if we're on this side. Andy's is our Sunday night go-to on our way home from our cabin. We've found that it is super easy to order online and have it ready to pick up. Andy's has dine-in seating too, we stopped in to order at the location our first time and have ordered online each time afterwards. It's a nice space in an off set location behind the outlet mall. They have a wall menu for ordering, and also a paper menu to take with you for next time. We've always enjoy the pizza, we've ordered the supreme and the taco pizzas, and always with pizza fries which are baked perfectly with delicious cheese. I'm not always in the mood for pizza so today I had the garlic chicken salad. Which was fabulous! The iceberg lettuce salad was fresh and huge with plenty of toppings. The chicken pieces didn't have a strong garlic seasoning however. I would have preferred a bit more flavor there. They also offer pasta dinners. Fun challenge: they offer a monstrosity challenge where 3 people eat a 30 inch pizza in an hour (additional rules apply)! Worth the try! I had heard that this pizza was very very good. So I ordered the large garlic chicken and broccoli with gluten-free crust. I was told that the crust is shipped in, and not made on site. The crust is chewy and I can taste the salt. It is disappointing that it is not made on site, and I will more than likely not order this again. Recently moved to St. Michael and received a welcome to the neighborhood envelope with random coupons including a free large one topping pizza (value $15.25). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed the order over an hour before we needed it. I explained when we needed it by at our office for a birthday celebration and they said okay. When they finally delivered our order, they were very late and it was an hour and a half from the time I ordered!! Some of our staff didn't even get to each lunch that day because we had to see our patients. I was extremely upset and disappointed! I have tried calling several times and as soon as I ask to speak to the owner, their staff are immediately RUDE to me on the phone and tell me he's not in and they don't know when he will be... ever! Well they've become our weekly treat. They have a good variety, and the cinnamon streusel is a nice treat. Keep in mind they take longer, but that is because it is not mass produced. Their gormet pizzas are nice variety. We like to get a veggie supreme and add chicken. It is nice to avoid the chains, and post covid i like to support local. read more

Was really disappointed in my "deep dish" pizza. First, wasn't cooked in a deep dish and wasn't much different in size than a normal Domino's pizza. The outside crust was not a crisp, high wall as normal deep dishes are, but thick and doughy. It was really odd. read more

A mile and half away and 1.5 hours to get a pizza! I have ordered from Andy's before, and why I did it again, I will never understand. Once the pizza did arrive, it was luke warm at best, and looked liked the person making it threw the toppings on it from across the room. Well, I will not continue to make the same mistake. We got their giant pizza, and it was perfect. Our friends in Minnesota ordered and picked it up, and it was waiting for us all when we walked into their house. For 7 adults, it was plenty of food and we had leftover. The meats on the pie were really flavorful, and the crust and sauce was good too. Andy's pizza has good pizza and pasta. Definitely a step above of the pizza delivery chains. We enjoy the pizza and pastas we have tried and they have met our expectations. Andy's does deliver, but delivery often takes some time, especially on rainy or snowy nights, so plan accordingly and allow some extra time if getting delivery. read more

While I have never eaten in the restaurant, we have often ordered from Andy's to get pizza to-go or have had it delivered, and we are NEVER disappointed! The pizza is delicious and prices are reasonable. The only negative I have is that some of the specials they offer aren't available in their online ordering, which really is NOT a big deal at all. Ordered for the first time tonight, had heard good things so we were excited to try. Dropped over $30 on pizza, wings and cinnamon sticks. Everything arrived cold after an hour wait. Husband called to let the staff know as we heated things up in the oven. The gal who answered apologized. We moved on. Would have caused a bigger stink had we tried the food before calling. We ordered boneless Buffalo wings and got traditional bone in no sauce. They were all fat and no taste and not what we ordered. I was told they were a substitute supplier. So why would you serve them if they are that bad? Also, this was not my order and we had to pay cash as the credit card didn't show up on the bill. They only offered to fix their mistakes which should be a given. They made no effort to go above and beyond to make me feel like they were sorry and wanted to keep me as a customer. This place had pretty good pizza. I had the deep dish pepperoni and I put ranch dressing on top of it. It says deep dish but by no means was it a deep dish pizza. It was more like a hand toss, so nothing special. I also got boneless wings but I didn't like them. They were pretty mushy and were like cut up chicken fingers more so. I didn't like the texture. They didn't get our order right, it came much earlier than we were told, the crust wasn't cooked all the way (it was gooey crust) and they tried to charge us $6 more at the door than the Internet receipt showed. Best pizza I have ever had. Sauce is amazing, great flavor, not too much, not too little. Macaroni pizza is excellent as well. So many options on the menu and have tried lots of them, over the years, wings, pasta, salad, and never had anything bad. We stopped by while on vacation. It was terrible! When we walked in, we were greeted by 2 employees at the front counter. We were given menus and cups and told to sit anywhere and a waitress would be out shortly. After reviewing the menu and waiting 10+ minutes, our waitress came out. No introduction, just a brief "what can I get you?". We ordered a special from the menu that included a large pizza, 12 wings and cinnamon sticks. We also ordered bread sticks. The bread sticks came out after about 5 minutes and were pretty good. About 10 minutes later our pizza and wings came out. After going back to the counter and asking for Parmesan and then back again to ask for red pepper, we were ready to eat. The wings are baked, not fried. They were mushy and the sauce (teriyaki) was subpar. The pizza was downright bad. The crust was mushy and not crisp like you'd expect. The toppings were lacking. This is the first time I've ever left a restaurant with my husband and not finished a pizza or at least taken the leftovers with. I've written this entire review after finishing dinner and we are still waiting on those cinnamon sticks, although I highly doubt they will change anything about this review!! read more

This is the best pizza in town. Always good, fast but not too fast. Delivery drivers very professional. Fresh toppings (you can always tell by the mushrooms which are not canned like most places). First and foremost the sauce is fantastic and rather close to Shakeys. The crust is average and could use a little more cooking. Secondly as other people have commented, you are expensive. That being said we still have been consistent on ordering from you. However, the breaking point the other day. We wanted to order the double up special thin crust (2 pizzas) for 24.00 and then add extra toppings at 1.75 each. The customer friendly gentleman was putting our order in and in the background someone said "you can't do that". Ok fair enough, but how much effort or cost does it take to add extra toppings to a pizza thats cooking if we will pay the topping price?
