I found this company on Yelp and picked them because of their experience with other waterfront properties. They tore down our old home and left a few walls to rebuild per new drawings from our architect. This included framing, siding, installation of windows/doors, front porch/back deck, stairs, interior flooring, installed cabinets, bathroom tile, trim/crown molding, closet organizers, remodeled garage, fence, etc... the list goes on. I just show Phil a picture of what we want and he builds it. The owner Phil Novak and his family have become great friend through this project. I've trust him with a key to our house because he treats it like it's his own. Many of my neighbors, friends and family now use this company. They did an awesome remodel of my neighbor's boat house on Petite Lake. Treat him and his team with respect and they will take good care of you.

He replied " We dont its already built into the price and We dont do nooks" What?! Your a shower and bath company! Then I asked how much for what YOU want to do to this shower? Get ready. He said 20. I said 20 bucks? He said No $20,000. For a 32"x32" basic shower! I worked in the trades my whole life and Im now a home inspector this just blew me away! They have not responded until I went to Yelp and requested a quote under a fictitious name. The cracking in the back patio creates uneven surface which is especially visible during the winter. They addressed it last year when they were doing our front steps by saying resealing the patio will make it look really nice. The patio only got worse. When they were pouring the back patio, they had to stop. Next day they came in with the jackhammers to take out half patio. I asked what was going on and it was explained that the concrete had too many rocks. Why would you only remove half the patio? The side of the patio that was pored with the new concrete has had no issues.
