The company came to my home and in less than 15 mins fixed the plastic hose they installed less than a year ago. No receipt provided, I requested I was home when the tech made the repairs. That was also ignored. $160.00 later with multiple calls to an owner who ignores phone calls. The owner of this company has no integrity and doesn't stand by their installation instructions. Real good at taking your money and that's about it.

They have morning Saturday hours so I went to pick up and buy the salt on Saturday. The person I interacted with was polite and professional. I will update this if I do business with them again. I appreciate the availability of the Duracube "Iron out" salt on a Saturday morning for pick up. (A lot of other places around AA do not have Saturday hours, and it is hard to get to them before they close during the normal work week).
