I had a very tight schedule and the plumber arrived late. No problem I showed him in and he started work with no issues. However I did not have time to brief him on on specific instructions. He finished the job 2 hours ahead of schedule. Then I asked him to adjust a pipe so that the waste line was facing a different direction. "You should have told me that before I started" was the answer. It's unbelievable I would never say that to someone if I was working on their house. As a guest in someone's house and a business owner I'm surprised that this type of behavior can be acceptable from an employee.

So we had to turn the water off inside. Aspen sent a wonderful young man to the house and he fixed the problem very quickly. He replaced the outside faucet and put a separate shut off valve inside so if anything happens again we won't have to shut ALL the water off. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because it was expensive compared to other places. We had a $99 service fee plus $225 to replace the faucet and add the shut off valves. But it was after 5pm and it was a last minute issue. Regardless the service was OUTSTANDING!

This was after it took them about a month to even get started. We secured financing for the work, but when the work started, a number of things we had discussed weren't what they were doing at all. We had discussed a jacuzzi style tub with jets and wiring going into the wall with that, and that is not the tub that we got. They offered to replace it, but of course, that was going to cost more. We asked to have a plumbing leak inspected and fixed in another bathroom, that we were then told we understood would be covered in the contract and financing that we had secured. Once work began, suddenly that was going to cost us more. What should have been a 2 week project at most that we called in June to have fixed, I'm writing on October 4th, and after waiting for 2 days being told the painter will "be there today" and holding my daily plans for that, finally he showed on the 3rd day. Now I'm left with an unfinished wall in the room they were projected to work on, and a gaping hole in my bathroom wall upstairs because as a disabled veteran on a fixed income that had secured financing for everything, I can't suddenly handle the surprise charges like putting the wall back together where they cut it out, despite a detailed discussion prior to the start of work that they would build an access panel into that wall. If you have work you need to get done, you're better off holding your pipes together and hoping the hard water we get locally leaves behind enough residue to eventually patch the leak itself than hiring these guys. Would not do business with again.

The sewer line to our home backs up into the drain in our basement every year or two because the…read moreold clay pipe near the street is in poor shape and full of roots. I noticed the drain starting to back up yesterday afternoon and called Jeff. He arrived at 8am this morning and had the drain cleared within an hour. Very courteous and efficient. Also reasonably priced. He took the time to show me our cleared pipe with his camera all the way to the junction with the city's damaged clay pipe near the street. Until the city replaces the sewer line, we will likely have the same issue again at some point in the future and will not hesitate to call Jeff. Highly recommended.
