They don't have a lot a lot of reviews on Yelp, and this was not a great way to get a new one. Rather than using the business model of an angry plumber answering the phone, they might do well to invest in a receptionist, a service, or just have people text an inquiry. Perhaps they are so good, they don't really have time for new business. I called two other plumbing companies and got fast response and ballpark bids, along with availability. Sure, plumbers are more expensive than we'd like, but unless you're desperate, price is far from the only consideration. Proceed with care.

No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.
