I had to take an Uber for that day to get to our unit to make sure everything was going well, and nobody showed up at all. I called the office, but they had no one who could come over. Although they did schedule another appointment the next day, I wasted money on that ride. Andrew came over for the second appointment, and he was easy to talk to as well. I would give a five-star review if they did not mess up with the second appointment, but overall, the experience was good, and it was definitely much more pleasant than my previous experiences with a few plumbers. Apparently it's not cool to ask this company for a general labor rate, a price range for a minimal job, or to even ask for their first name (huh???...jeez, just make up an alias if you don't want to give your real one!). They don't have a lot a lot of reviews on Yelp, and this was not a great way to get a new one. Rather than using the business model of an angry plumber answering the phone, they might do well to invest in a receptionist, a service, or just have people text an inquiry. Perhaps they are so good, they don't really have time for new business. I called two other plumbing companies and got fast response and ballpark bids, along with availability. Sure, plumbers are more expensive than we'd like, but unless you're desperate, price is far from the only consideration. Proceed with care.
