I loved this location when they first opened, but I don't think I can recommend them anymore. I've been paying the monthly for over six months and for the last two months the dryer is half of what it used to be. If I'm in a hurry and don't have time to get out and manually dry it, I expect it to at least not leave droplet marks all over. I've just cancelled my membership. If they fix the dryer, I'd consider joining again. read more

Took my new BMW on 3/20/26 to Quick Quack car wash (1st time visit) just to get my rims chewed up. After spending time wiping my car down, I noticed my rims had been damaged on the left side, both front and rear in the same exact spot from either the track or wheel shine spray. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reported the incident and a claim was filed. I was told I would receive some type of response within 72 hours after investigating the footage, but heard nothing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the customer service number and they said it would be escalated up the chain, another 3-5 days of waiting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The general manager, Mario, and the regional manager, Sam, never once reached out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I stopped by the store 2 more times hoping to speak to Mario or to get some type of response but still nothing, no phone calls or emails even though I left my info.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then finally today (4/16), after waiting almost a month I get an auto generated email stating they declined the claim and found no fault![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I haven't seen any proof of video footage as I was told or heard from the manager. Yet they declined the claim. Needless to say, I'll be filing a civil suit and making sure no one visits this store again. I recently bought a 2025 Nissans pathfinder. I had 100 miles on it when I decided to take it to quick quack for the first time (though we have been members here for 3 years with multiple vehicles) I was in the vehicle when the spin brushes deeply scratched both of my side mirrors. I immediately reported it to staff. I was notified today that my claim is declined for "insufficient evidence of negligence". How the heck do I have more sufficient evidence than being physically present while their equipment damaged my new car. We are disappointed and will be cancelling all of our cars on the membership. This company does not take accountability for equipment malfunctions that will damage your vehicle. read more

We rolled through for the first time on veterans' day where they offered free car washes which we super appreciate the support and generosity. The upselling was what got me, after my husband said no the first time, your employee asked another two times and kept pressing for a reason why. The reason really is that we've been through a few washes in the area and have never been satisfied and we truly just wanted to use this free wash to gauge the outcome before committing to a membership. Outcome was pretty positive, albeit the drying part never gets your car fully dry and there were no stalls available to park and wipe it down, but we were quite impressed at how clean our vehicle was after what felt like a 30 second wash. We would definitely return, but please stop pressing so hard on the upselling after a customer says no multiple times. read more

The staff is courteous and will offer you a dash wipe and towel when you approach the gate. There are towels available once you park to work on the interior of your car, but giving you a towel at the beginning assures you won't have to look for one on busy days. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The wash is fast and drying vacuuming items are readily available. My only issue is that the drying portion of the wash does not dry my car to the extent I would like. That's what the towels are for I suppose. I always use them to wipe down my outside mirrors by windscreen And my back up camera. Overall I'm very happy with the location I frequent and would definitely recommend. Quality of the car wash seems great, however I sure did not experience the quality of service that others had.... I signed up via the app and then later in the day stopped by for the first wash. My plate was not recognized so I sat for the longest time with the gate not opening and obvious frustrated drivers behind me. Finally, an employee came out and did some things on a tablet. I never heard what the issue was, but she was extremely rude. It was very uncomfortable. I'm almost afraid to go back again, out of fear of the same thing happening of the plate not being recognized and a frustrated employee having to come out. I know everyone has a bad day at times, but honestly felt that employee was doing their business no favors and did not want to be there. Again, quality of the wash seemed great and vacuums are great.
